We thoroughly enjoyed having a lite lunch by the pool at Red Rock on a beautiful day. The service was excellent and we had a good time people-watching while we dined. Though it is a limited menu, we thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we got.

Had so much fun and the pool is gorgeous! How ever we aren't there to swim so it's kind of a weird setup. It's not like there's rows. I'm not used to that kind of venue. Where people just kind of roam. I bought close seats but I didn't know there was no chairs come in people REO SPEEDWAGON is old which means we're old need a chair!!! Staff was friendly, drinks overpriced as per usual. When the music started I was feeling good. It was a great night. Yes I would go again for someone I like.

Nice looking bar & grill adjacent to the pool! I've hung out here while spending time at the main pool or at the adults only Cabana Club pool. The draft beer selection is decent, and the hot dog on a pretzel bun is very good. Chicken strips are also very good. The drink menu also includes frozen bevvies, even one served in a pineapple! There are tables with comfy chairs around the bar and more seating at the bar. Service is spotty, and my group of 3 had quite a wait to order when it wasn't even busy. I do enjoy the free water available to all at the bar! There have been plenty of tables available the last few times I've eaten here, and even seats at the bar. Those patrons at the bar seemed to having a good time. For convenience's sake, you can enjoy a meal & bevvie here when hunger strikes before getting back in the pool.

The Sandbar has reopened and become a welcome respite from the COVID lockdown. The staff are still amazing. The drinks are excellent, but the draft and can list has changed somewhat (no Coors or Miller and Bud Light Seltzer instead of Truly) which may disappoint some. The kitchen has made significant improvements in quality, taste, and presentation. The pool burger in particular is dramatically improved and worthy of it's price point. Now the nitty post COVID details. The bar is closed to patrons. You must find a table, pool lounger, or rent a cabana or day bed and order from your server. Ordering by the bucket or pitcher is recommended to decrease overall wait times. Masks are required all the time unless you are in the water. For food and beverage, you may lower your mask only when actually eating or drinking. Your mask must be in place in between sips. The rules are aggressively enforced.

One of Las Vegas's newest hot spots - the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa. This review is based on their Sand Bar and the entertainment events they host by the pool. Arriving into the desert was "A Tribe Called Quest." The setting, a huge outdoor pool with giant beds for outdoor lounging. If you hope to score one of these beds to enjoy your concert experience, expect to get there early. They are definitely hard to come by. With alcohol sold poolside, you can still bring your previously purchased drinks into the concert area. (They'll pour your drink into a plastic cup, that's all.) A stage is put up for the performing artists and with its general admission, feel free to get up close and personal by making your way to the front. If you arrive too late, plan on spending time in the way back. With the pool being right in the middle of the venue, your only options are the front, sides or way back. With it being September and with the headliners hitting the stage at 9 pm, it wasn't too hot outside. Overall, Red Rock Casino Resort Spa is a pretty cool place. Locals and tourists frequent the place as it's off the strip and not readily accessible to those who don't know about it.

First of all bad on the hotel for not letting you take any snacks to the pool. They actually checked my bag for it. We have two little kids and they work up an appetite playing in the pool on a hot summer day so boo to the Red Rock for not allowing us to bring cookies or chips for them. So the Sandbar has a captive audience you might say. The good part is that the food was good quality, the bad part is it's expensive. My wife had the fish tacos which she enjoyed, I had a BLT which is hard to mess up and the kids shared an order of chicken strips. That and one beer michilada for $70. Yeah that was pricey. That's about double what you pay in the cafe. If it was just me and my wife I wouldn't mind but this gets ridiculous with a family, especially if all your kids can eat off the menu is chicken strips and fries.

Went to the Sandbar grill at Red Rock Hotel & Casino since we had a $30 food credit there during our stay. This place was not that great for a takeout meal! But at least the servers were in bikinis. The grill is short on customer service. I sat at an empty table near the bar and had the menu in my hand ready to place a to go order for back in our room. Waited 10 minutes with no response from anyone working! Had to move to the actual Sandbar 'bar' to get someone to help me. Placed my order for a Pool Burger and a Turkey Club. Then proceeded to wait even LONGER. I was at the bar for another good 30 minutes! They were so unorganized with food tickets! Luckily one of the ladies working politely asked me if I was still waiting for food. Literally less than two minutes later my order arrived. Packed, ready to go, I just had to sign the order to my room. The bill? $39!! Holy schnikes! Turns out a Pool Burger is $16, a damn Turkey Club is $15, then you add tax, and an AUTOMATIC 18% gratuity! Ridiculous! Poof went the food credit and then some. I thought this food better be good. Got back up to the room and did the unboxing. Food looked pretty MEH to me. Like a burger. And a club sandwich. My damn turkey club wasn't even cut in four triangles with a toothpick in each one like it should be! My damn turkey club didn't even come with fries! Argh! Silly. Even worse, the turkey club was bone dry! No mayo! And no packets of it in my bag. My kid liked the pool burger with cheese, but again dry! No mayo or mustard or ketchup on top. If you guys are gonna do this, why not include some condiments in my bag? Being on the 16th floor I sure didn't feel like going back down to get some. But at least her burger came with FRIES. But I mean, who doesn't include some damn ketchup if there's fries?? Total pisser. Mediocre overall, and I still had to foot $9 after the food credit! Shame, shame. I could have cooked this stuff myself better at home. The +1 star is for the pretty girls in their teeny bikinis, they workout! But I don't think many of them can even really swim. They must also be used as a distraction by the pool for fooling customers into thinking that their Sandbar grill food is the best thing since suntan lotion. Touché Red Rock, touché.

Awesome poolside bar located inside RR. Gorgeous servers and tasty drinks. Have yet to try the food but I'm usually there to swim & drink lol. Great for meeting up with friends, people watching or just working on your tan with a ice cold beverage. Chill vibe, which I like. Always a fun experience here. A Must Try: The Piña Colada served inside a pineapple, doesn't get more summertime than that! #instagramworthy

Amazing presentation and the best avocado toast I've ever had!
    Teri A.

The food here was delicious (not what you'd expect from food by the pool.) I ordered the avocado toast. The bread was perfectly grilled, tons of avocado and the pepper sauce complimented it nicely. I loved the way the potatoes were diced and seasoned (wasn't greasy at all.) My daughter ordered a toasted croissant with bacon and she loved it. My husband's omelet was cooked perfectly. I'm also impressed with the Bloody Mary, it was simple but tasty (they didn't over do it with Bloody Mary mix.) Overall, you can tell they pay attention to detail, presentation and taste was spot on! The food at Sandbar Grille definitely beats Lucky Penny (restaurant inside the hotel.) We also loved our server Isabella, she was super sweet and attentive.

    Virgin strawberry mojito
    Marissa L.

We came out here to eat lunch since it was such a nice day. We brought some food from 8 Noodle Bar and our waitress didn't mind which was thoughtful of her. I just got their virgin strawberry mojito. It was good, it was just hard to drink, the big clumps of strawberries would block off the straw. They need the mince the strawberries smaller. I also tried some of the quesadilla that my Aunt ordered. It was really rich, heavy and kinda oily. So overall just an ok place.

    Off menu - dole whip
    Grace L.

Ordered food and drinks while hanging out at the pool. Plenty of servers walking around the pool area to serve you. Very convenient when you don't feel like leaving your spot poolside. Prices are high but to be expected from a casino eatery. The food was surprising pretty good. We got the turkey club and the jerk Chicken sandwich. Both came with a choice of French fries, sweet potato fries or fruit. Sweet potato fries were definitely a great choice. Turkey club was big enough for 2! The jerk chicken had pretty good flavor as well. Pitcher of pineapple mojito was refreshing. They also had an off menu desert of dole whip! Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but definitely works for hangin by the pool

Pretty busy at around 11am. Order your food at the register and they give you a number block. Since it was busy, I got lucky and snagged a table that had one chair to it. Lots of seating inside: counter tops, tables, booths, long tables and they even have outside seating under umbrellas on wooden tables. Extremely nice place to eat, chill, hangout, or study. I love their decor and the feel to this place. I think only some areas have outlets. WiFi is located by their utensil area. I ordered a Banana Cream Cold Brew and an Island Teriyaki Bowl with Chicken. Both were sooo delicious. I would order both again. I like the sauces they use in this bowl and the refreshing taste of the shredded cucumbers. I would definitely come back just for this bowl and you can choose various proteins besides chicken. Service is amazing. Staff is very friendly. They tidy up often and grab empty dishes and cups from your table. I appreciate them! I recommend trying this place out!

It has that Summerlin bohemian feel to it where it is bright and airy and it has a ton of natural greenery. One of the employees even once told me that It takes 45 minutes to an hour everyday to water all the plants. Which is something. Little Avalon is more on the side of healthy comfort food. You have your acai bowls and other high protein/grain bowls along with smoothies, coffee, etc. so it's a nice, healthy spot for the most part. My go-to is the satori bowl. I love the different textures and flavors, and I love that I can customize it so much. The coffee drinks are actually pretty good too. All of my lattes have been flavorful without being too sweet with a beautiful texture on the foam. My main gripe is their service. The staff is friendly enough but if you're looking for five star service or anything beyond what they are specifically trained to do, you're not going to get it. I had an incident where I came with my partner and we ordered food and drinks to sit outside because we had our big fluffy golden with us keeping us company. We opted to sit outside. When they brought us the food we realized that we didn't have silverware. When we asked the girl if she could get it for us knowing that we were super occupied with our dog she told us we can get it inside and without waiting for an answer, just took off. Also, sometimes service is slow and it takes a while to get my food. And management, if you're reading this, please have a dedicated busser. I've sat in the cafe for a couple of hours at a time with my laptop and when it gets busy nobody is wiping off the table in between seatings. I even had to request a rag to wipe down my own table on my last visit. It's little things like that that really elevate a place to being something special. Otherwise, if you know what you're into, great food, average prices, social service, then this is a good lunch spot. And they're open later in the evening, which I appreciate!

This cafe has been a bit of a work in progress since it opened on menu options, staffing, etc., thus my delay until writing a review until now. I wanted to understand the groove a bit. It gets 4 stars vs 5 simply for maybe the identity crisis that it was sorting through for a bit. With that being said, the menu has indeed changed from what it once was, but this streamlining I think has made this place a better easy quality value to the customers it serves. Every single item I have ever had has been prepared fresh on the spot and is really quite good. Salads, sandwiches, soup and now all day breakfast (LOVE THIS!) is what the menu is about. You order and pay at a counter and they will bring you your food when it is prepared...on real plates if you are eating in! Today I had a Caesar salad and asked for two over-hard fried eggs on top. Although I am failing to know any of the names of the staff, everyone is always so nice, welcoming, kind and proud of their "little engine that could" establishment.
