Pork nachos and quesadillas were both $8 each and the wine, beer and mixed drinks (house brand) were also reduced prices. The pork nachos were very good. Loaded with pulled pork atop of tortilla chips, queso blanco, salsa verde & red onion, topped with cilantro this dish was enough for three people. The chicken quesadilla also good. The SKINNY BLUEBERRY LEMONADE was very refreshing (not part of happy hour). Overall very pleasant dining experience with great view. read more

OMG! The view is 10/10 and so are the bartenders! Everyone single one of them was so kind and offered recommendations on drinks and food. We've been coming to Clearwater for 6 years and has never been. So glad we found this beautiful spot. We had the fish dip that comes with pita bread and cucumbers. This place is amazing!! First of all, they have by far the best customer service ever (which you don't expect at all at the popular beach bars like this), everyone was super friendly and helpful. Located at the Opal island resort. All outside seating, some under the shade. Ordered the smoked fish dip with corn chips substitute, 2 gulf breeze salad, candied walnuts on the side f jerk chicken in wrap sandwich crab BLT, bacon on the side and onion rings and white sangria. $103.79 The sangria is good, even better than last night. The fish dip is extremely salty, the fish looked pulverized, maybe even canned tuna and was way too salty. It felt like eating a salt rock. Not for me at all. My husband and FIL are eating it despite the salt. The crab salad wasn't that special, the brioche toasted bread is decent. The crab meat questionably canned to me. The jerk chicken wrap wasn't pretty good, although the cut up chicken and pineapple made the wrap a bit soggy. The gulf salad was so-so. The onion rings were nice and crunchy. Service was good. We LOVED this place! We go here every time that we're in Clearwater Beach, and always, always in time for the unparalleled sunset! I do feel confident in saying that the menu has gotten a little bit smaller than our first visit here, but following in the wake of COVID, many restaurants have done this so it wasn't a surprise, just worth noting! They do have yummy cocktails and tasty food options for everyone. This time around we had Calamari, Fish Dip, the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Braised Beef Tacos. Everyone loved their food - my main being the tacos. These were delicious. There are 3 big stuffed flour tortillas, heaping with braised beef, topped with feta and cilantro. I got my salsa on the side and opted out of the onions. I had left overs! This place is a bit pricey, but if you're looking for a beautiful photo spot where you can have some drinks with a date, a romantic dinner, even just a nice night with family or friends - I think it's a perfect spot for any and all occasions. Took my mother and grandmother here while they were in town because it's right on the beach and easy access. Our experience was not good. But first, the pros: - Beautiful location, right off the beach, easy access and lots of sun. -Prices in a location like this would usually be pretty expensive. $16 frozen drinks is reasonable. They were good just a little small. -They let my 83 year old grandmother who is picky and small appetite order off the kids menu, that was kind. Cons: - We ordered the burger, which claims to be a ground beef blend. It's clearly a frozen hockey puck that was dry bland and overcooked. - They served it without the lettuce tomato or onion that was supposed to be on both of our burgers. - We opted for the chips - we both got fries but decided to just not say anything, until they charged us extra $2 each for the fries on the check. - When we got the check back the second time, they only took the charge for the fries off one order, not both. I'll be honest i typically don't care about these things, but one thing after another after another just didn't make for a good experience, and it should be. Can't speak for other food items but don't order the burger. If you want a place for drinks and a view, this is a good spot. read more

The location is second to none. Really spectacular. The food was not like it used to be. I am hoping this is a temporary glitch. I ordered the crab blt. I have had it before and it was amazing. This time it was not only cold, very cold but the crab was not much more than a thimble's worth. I sent it back and that is rare. I then had the blackened fish tacos instead. So cold and tasted bad. I wanted to like it. I don't like being that girl but geez! The kettle chips were fine and the Pina colada was good. Fingers crossed they fix this. They didn't charge me for the meal which was the right thing to do considering it was inedible. Please get back to your awesome self! read more

It was my first time trying key lime pie and I know it's a big deal in Florida and boy was it delicious. Beautiful location especially at sunset. I think even with a wait of 20-30 minutes on a Saturday evening everyone was happy with drinks in their hands, chairs overlooking the water and a sunset. It definitely seemed to be a tourist spot since it was attached to a resort. We may have been the only "locals" from the area (we're from Venice) but at a beautiful spot like this it made us feel like we were in a mini vacation. My husband got the Cuban, I got the Jerk Chicken sandwich and our son ordered a kids Mac n cheese. We all really enjoyed our dishes and I was glad there was a gluten free bun option. I always wish it's good gluten free bread and sadly it wasn't, but I try to manage my expectations and I realize gluten free isn't a high priority for most restaurants. Da Bomb diggity. Didn't sound good but it's a star. It's considered a starter but if you get it as one you won't eat anything else. So I caught a glimpse of the Bohemian bowl before I ordered and I asked for the entree of fish tacos for thestarter. Worked out great. The fish tacos were good with good flavor. Dessert was gelato ice cream and a PB&j brownie cookie dish yep all of that without the bag of chips. Not a 5 star meal because of the tourist prices . Found this spot with a phenomenal view and great location. The food is average - we tried a hamburger with chips for $18, fish tacos with a salad for $25, and a beet salad for $20. Prices felt like fine dining for casual food. We hit happy hour every day from 2-5pm and got Chardonnay for $5, but it came in a short plastic cup, which was a letdown, especially drinking wine beachfront. We made a quick stop here every day of our trip! All the bartenders were so nice and welcoming-they actually remembered our names and chatted to us about the plans we had talked about the night before. It's a beautiful place to watch the sunset and see dolphins swimming and jumping around. The teriyaki chicken sandwhich was so good! Very messy- but the flavor was great.
