Horrible customer service. Prices may seem good but trust me... pay a little bit more for the costumer service. I asked an employee about their return policy prior to buying my swimsuit and she said they do exchanges or give store credit for all their items (but they don't do any returns). I didn't have a chance to try on my bathing suit because there was a long line for their dressing rooms and I had a crying toddler. Which is why I asked about their return policy prior to purchasing. I went back a few days later to exchange for size and a different employee said all sales are final for bathing suits. Completely different answer than the other employee. She said it's on my receipt, which it was but I explained to her that I specifically asked this question and showed the other employee what I was purchasing prior to buying it. They still didn't allow the exchange. Now I'm stuck with a bathing suit that doesn't fit. Guess I have to just give it away to someone. read more

Wow..... I have never been treated so terribly. They have a bunch of shirt stations. A woman chased me around asking me not to move them and frustrated when I looked for my size. Another couple ran out all angry. After a little I just couldn't take it any more. They have the same stuff all around marathon. If you don't want trouble just go somewhere else. read more

I would like to give no stars. Their customer service leaves much to be desired! My friend bought sandals for her 8 year old - expensive Keene sandals. She wore them briefly and got a nasty blister. Store wouldn't take them back, offer store credit, and didn't really much care that my friend was upset and disappointed. We live here 6 months out of the year For 50 bucks they lost a lot of customers. I'll never go back and people who visit--I will not take them there. Nasty! Very poor treatment!!! read more

The store had a lot of over priced items but what really bothers me- there is a big sign saying we give military discount. when asked if they accept that for the discount there was a quick no. THEY DO NOT FEEL LAW ENFORCEMENT DESERVES THE SAME DISCOUNT AS MILITARY PERSON. will never come back. read more

I was on vacation in the keys and bought some t shirts here that had little turtles and sail boats randomly placed on them, to later find, after the first wash that they all had holes in them, and had been covered up by these iron on transfers. This place is definitely a do not enter, stay well clear, con artists. read more

We passed so many of their signs stating, "Don't pay Key West prices".....because Key West prices were way cheaper! My sister-in-law and I both bought hats on our way to Key West from the store in Marathon, BOTH hats had fallen apart by the end of the day. I wish we would have saved the money and just bought our hats in Key West. The lady at the register complained the entire time about having to work on her day off and how her boss was supposed to come in to relieve her but hadn't made it in yet....I may be wrong but it was way more information than I needed to know when I asked her how she was doing. One bathroom which was very busy and dirty. My advice: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PAY KEY WEST PRICES! read more

The quality of the shirts are extremely cheap. I literally just washed one for the first time. I was pulling it out of the washing machine and the graphics on it were 80% gone. I will never be purchasing anything from this shady place again. Beware! It's a tourist trap. Low quality and high prices! All the other bad reviews were right. WARNING - They get you in with the big sale advertising of 4 t-shirts for $10 but once inside the sale selection is extremely limited. The store is very crowded with limited space for walking - not enough room for strollers - and very overwhelming. Also BE AWARE that there are some extremely inappropriate items sexualizing and objectifying women. There's a rack right by the register! So glad I left my 16 yr old son at the hotel sleeping while I went shopping!! With that said I was able to find a few gifts to take back home after almost an hour sifting through the store. Don't waste your time shopping here. You're better off looking for a different store. read more

I took my parents into the store to buy a souvenir, and we saw that there was a sign directly above the Guy Harvey Print t-shirts that said, buy one, get one 50% off Guy Harvey prints. When they rang up, my mom paid not realizing they didn't ring up the correct price. As soon as she was handed the recent, I looked at it and noticed this. I asked the clerk about them not ringing up and he said that they are not buy one get one 50% off, the Prints are. I thought these were prints, but then he showed me art work, that was not even close to the t-shirts and where the signs were that 50% off. After asking for a refund, he stated that they would not refund, only exchange, but I didn't want the shirts because they were overpriced. This store is 100% completely a bait and switch and falsely advertising items to tourists. This company should be shut down immediately. read more

Don't ever shop here! No refunds/exchanges are given by owner. I'm a local and bought a dress that I decided I wanted to return. I was actually OK with getting a store credit since I knew I'd probably come back at a later time and get something else. Because the item was on sale, not only would they not give me a store credit, they wouldn't even let me exchange it for anything else in the store! I was never told this when I purchased the item either. Absolutely ridiculous and I've never heard of such a thing. Such poor customer service. Shame on your for treating your local customers this way! Tourists - stay away! read more

Beautiful clothing here, but very unfriendly and distrustful staff. My daughter and I felt that the clerks were very nervous whole my daughter was trying on a few t-shirts, circling around twice to remind us to return things to their proper place when finished, and to remind us of the limit if 6 items (we had 3). There are signs near the fitting rooms regarding security cameras, which is fine. The extra hounding by the clerks was in poor taste. Cashier not too friendly either. Felt like I was bothering her. The staff needs to take a few lessons in customer service. For a high end boutique, better customer service would help them sell even more. read more

I have been to all of these stores and i like the Marathon one best. Yes they are expensive (suggested retail price) but i have never seen such a selection anywhere else. If there is a certain brand you like or fits you good they have all the styles you could imagine in that brand. Can't wait to go back again in May! read more

Went in to buy 4 cheap (4 for $10 was the advertisement) t-shirts. OK--the adult sizes were 4 for $11 (not a deal breaker). My wife was surprised at the quality of such inexpensive shirts, so left with 8 shirts and a hat. Had fun looking at all the touristy junk in the store. Good vacation experience! read more
