Wonderful lady, her vibe is very calming and we had a pleasant conversation. I went here specifically to get a Gypsy wrap in my hair as she is the only one around who does them, and I am very happy with how it looks; it is exactly what I wanted. On June 29, 2017 , I asked for a open weave hammock and told the price was $89 and change. They were in boxes . When we got back to the rental house and took it out of car, it said hammock chair. We have one already and dont need another one. Drove the 30 miles back and said that they can't give me a hammock cause girl didn't charge me for a hammock. It would be $46(I think). More. So I asked for a refund. Only refunds have to be approved by Natacha and she will not answer her phone. Waited over 40 minutes and she still hasn't called! So I am paying for her employers mistake and her not answering her phone. So I suggest you make sure her employees give you what you ask for. I am steaming mad! Cute store with a definite island feel to it. They sell a bunch of gift items and beach wear. Honestly not anything you can't find at other gift stores. Although we did find a few items at reasonable prices, most everything is overpriced which is typical of a place for tourists. Staff is friendly. It's worth a stop to pop in, take a look around and stretch your legs on the drive to the lower keys. read more

My wife bought a clothing item from this establishment. After taking it to our place, my wife determined that it really did not fit that well, and she would return it. Upon returning the next day, the clerk asked if she had her receipt, then when we gave her the receipt she then says it is against their policy to issue a refund. My wife picked out several other items from the store hoping to exchange for them. The clerk then stated that it was illegal to issue a refund or exchange. This place is a trap and there are plenty of great businesses in the area that value customers much more than these shysters. Do yourself a favor and avoid! read more

There is a great selection of clothes (keys, tropical style) especially for women. Some nice shirts for guys, and a mix of kids stuff, but the best variety is for ladies at the moment. That covers clothing-- on the other hand, I have yet to find such good prices for clothes, knicknacks, tropical decorations, and just fun cool STUFF anywhere yet. I love some other stores, but this place has the variety and prices that always make me buy something!! The people are always really nice and helpful, and the selection is always changing. It's one of the true "keysie" places that has survived through the years, and in the name of preserving and supporting the awesome boho atmosphere that made me fall in love with the keys- I always support stores like this. If you need a push, get yourself some badass hair braids, funky clothes with island jewelry, decorative wall fish and signs, and a quality hammock. I purchased some shell plant hangers over the phone and had them shipped to me. They arrived quickly and in great shape. I highly recommend!

There were shirts wrapped with T-shirt's selling for $40. The hats on the shelf were $20. My daughter wanted one of the hats that was wrapped but didn't want the T-shirt. The person working register refused to give us one of the hats for $20 and unwrap the shirt. Even though I showed her an example of one in a different color without the shirt for $20. She insisted they had to be sold together for $40. We went 2 doors down to the sandal store and got two (!) hats each with a T-shirt for a total of $30. Again, my daughter didn't care for the T-shirt, she only wanted the hat, but in that store it was buy-one-get-one-free so a total of two hats and two T-shirt's for $30 which was $10 less than one T-shirt and one hat from this store. So my recommendation is that you don't buy from this store until you check out the sandal store a few doors down. read more

ZERO stars! She asked us to come (over the phone) at 5:30 pm for 4 half crown braids. We get there at 5:55 pm. She is the only one working - so we give her grace and allowance of stop-and-go service since she is juggling hair and the cash register. We were told that the braids were $10 a braid. That's not for a long haired adult, root to tip, etc . That is her price for a 5 YEAR OLD (with little hair), HALF CROWN BRAID. PER BRAID! Between waiting while she talked on her phone to a friend who was bringing her stew and all of the details of where to leave it on her porch, etc- we waited. She worked for a few minutes... then her phone rings again. We sat patiently while she talked to another friend who was supposed to be letting her animal out- with specific directions on sliding a broken door and setting up a camera so she could monitor said animal. Then - after they solved all of those issues on their lengthy phone call and hung up, She called Frank(call #2) back and instructed him to pick up the stew that Friend #1 had left for her so her cat wouldn't eat it. 3 HRS and 24 half crown braids later- we finally got through. I cancelled having my own hair braided because we were waaaay OVER being there after that amount of time- with no where to sit- and no bathroom for us to use- after we were told the services would equal 1.5 hrs initially. Upon leaving- our 12 year old tells us that a different customer came in (while our daughter was getting her hair braided) to ask if the location sold Face Masks and the lady said, "No- but I have bandanas you can buy. 3 for $12." My 12 YO daughter - trying to be helpful- says to the new customers, "The tshirt store just next door sells masks. We were there yesterday and saw some." The customer leaves and the lady braiding my daughters hair told her "Stop talking! stop talking! stop talking! You're costing me a sale!" Sounds G-R-E-E-D-Y to me. When we went to pay- 3 HOURS LATER- we were told the price was initially $220. Then she says- oh wait, It's actually $265!! Mind. Blown. We called her after we heard the words she spoke to our overcharged, paying, 12 year old and she had absolutely NO REMORSE and offered no apology. She also - in the same timeframe- told our 16 year old that she works until midnight every night during the Season. When we called to confront her on the words she spoke to our 12 year old, she kept saying that "she usually doesn't work this late" (even after she asked us to come to start the braiding process between 4 people at 6:00 pm) - AS IF ANY IF THAT IS AN EXCUSE FOR HER ACTIONS. MIND BLOWN AGAIN. I will NEVER use this person again and I will deter any others from doing so also. read more

They do have a lot of cute stuff in here, and I don't know how their prices compare on smaller items, but... We looked at a large metal sculpture wall hanging several times at Natacha's. We really liked it, but it was $250 and we couldn't decide if we wanted to spend that much. On a whim, we popped in to the Shell Shack at MM 83. They had the EXACT SAME PIECE for $99 - a huge price difference. It makes me wary of ever shopping at Natacha's again. read more

We were on vacation in Islamorada as we do every year, we stopped in the store to look around. No stars here, my husband bought a "silver" chain for $60 that was supposed to be "sterling silver". We took it home, he wore it ofcourse, the next day it started turning grey and the clasp broke. We asked the employees about a refund, sent the chain and receipt in to the store as we had ended our vacation by this point. The owner decided after all the effort that she would not do a refund. That's a unprofessional way to do business. The ONLY good part of this was we met two employees that are awesome and we are now friends with. read more
