I instantly fell in love with this adorable botique! The owner, Susan is so sweet! She was so cordial and welcoming, made us feel very at home. You won't get that stuffy feeling where you feel uncomfortable just browsing around. The merchandise is gorgeous! Wish I had an endless bank account - I could have easily went on a shopping spree here! The clothing items, clocks, and children's section all have wonderful offerings. In addition, in the very back is a caged area with a few small alligators --for the kids (and tourists) to marvel at. They do have a few tee shirts at a bargain price, but most things you will want to buy are about $25 and up. There were a few band shirts that would have been good Christmas gifts... but not at the prices listed. In any case, for those of us at a certain age, it's a nostalgia trip to smell the incense and walk through an homage to those head shops that used to dot every corner...

It's got its own hippie vibe to it, and the aisles are quite narrow once you walk in, to the point that one could almost consider the place a fire hazard. There is also a small cage at the back of the store that has two baby alligators; you can hold one of them at your own risk & get a photo with one for the low low price of ten dollars. (No thanks.) The store also sells some classic vinyl records & some colorful cardboard ornamental displays (roosters, birds, etc.) of different sizes that can be purchased & then assembled in just moments. It was worth the trip just to get a photo of Joliet Jake & Elwood Blues.

They DO have a small kids and men's section. The overall collection contains hats, jewelry, clothes, small selection of toys, souvenirs, more clothes, beach stuff, basic necessities such as sunblock, towels, bathing suits and such. The owner is very sweet and naturally very flattering, but will tell you if something doesn't look right on you! They do have pieces to fit everyone's budget; from local T-shirts to cashmere sweaters to seasonal decorations. The Marketplace at Isla Bella is located upon entering when you head to Isla Bella Beach Resort…read more Instead of turning left toward the resort, keep heading straight ahead and the Marketplace is tucked next to the marina area. This place is fabulous not just for food, drinks and convenience store items but they carry so many cute retail items too including Lululemon. You know a place is bougie if they carry Lululemon. Lol. They sell booze, unique gift items, bulk candy section, sunscreen, bug spray, clothing, snacks, canned drinks, and so much more. There is an activities area where you can check out things to do while you're staying at Isla Belle Beach Resort too. Ask for Sean, he's the Director of Guest Experiences and he'll take great care of you! The space is beautiful and so big. The Marketplace reminds me a lot of Sugarboo & Co which is a unique home goods store with fun gift items. If you've ever been to Sugarboo in Orlando or Atlanta, you'll know what I mean. We stopped in here a few times mainly for coffee or breakfast sandwiches. Had the hazelnut cappuccino and warning to all, they make the coffee super fresh and piping hot. No joke, almost burned my mouth twice. I wasn't the only one. Ha. But coffee is good, just be careful and let your drink cool off. I speak from experience. The breakfast sandwiches here are really tasty and fresh. They don't list the breakfast sandwiches on the menu as it changes regularly. We had an everything bagel breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon and cheese. The bagel was perfectly soft and chewy and yummy. Pricing is fair and you can charge to your room. If you're staying at the resort, you can walk here from the main resort area and lobby too. It's a short walk and you enter through the back area that way. It's also next to the Event Center. I found a bracelet I liked. I'd seen a similar one back home for twice the price. So I treated myself.
