The lighthouse is so lovingly restored inside as a B&B, all of the breakfasts were wonderful and the deserts each night made from scratch were better than you can buy, Coupled with Mary's piano they transported us to a simpler time.
There is more history in the lighthouse than you can absorb in a couple of days so plan accordingly if you're into that.
The lighthouse is located roughly halfway up the peninsula so it's a perfect place to explore the many sites of interest nearby. There are mine tours, hiking, boating, rock hunting and so much more. read more
