Literally everything was sanitized AND clean (there is a difference!) The chair you sit in is covered with a disposable cover (not crunchy paper). Everyone is wearing masks and gloves AND gloves are changed after touching things like phones. My temperature was checked upon entry and there is someone at the door to ensure no one can just walk in. Loved Madison and her art. She doesn't just microblade your eyebrows, she makes sure she accentuates your face with beautiful fuller brows. The whole process probably takes at most 2-2.5 hours. She will make sure to numb you and the pain is minimal. I loved that she was conservative, because you cannot erase too much but you can always add. Overall I'm very happy with the process. I went to for my first appointment in September and then did my touch up in January. After my eyebrows were healed I wanted them a bit thicker. Now I wake up with eyebrows!
