I went the first time this morning. There was a glitch with the online booking, but she took me anyways. She worked very hard to REPAIR my lashes. (I had them done by someone else in Naples, and they did a terrible job). She spent an hour and a half on fixing them and gave me beautiful "natural" looking lashes. It's taken me a day to get used to the new look, but I love them and my boyfriend does too. I highly recommend!!! read more

I was very fortunate to have a good friend of mine refer me to Masha. I am very particular (especially when you're dealing with something around your eyes) and I had tried many people in Miami over the years and they were either over priced and/ or inexperienced . About 2.5 months ago i went to see Maria for a permanent eyebrow reconstruction. I was charged $400 and told me it lasts up to 1 year with 1 retouch in between. It's only been 2.5 months since and my eyebrows are completely faded. I called Maria and explained to her what was happening and that I wanted to schedule for a retouch because I was not pleased with the results . She replied back sarcastically that it's probably just my skin type and called me "Poor thing". I told her I wanted to get another retouch done because I felt like the job wasn't completely done the right way. She kept giving me the runaround about scheduling an appointment for me. It's been 3 weeks since I haven't heard back from her with the appointment date and time. I now feel avoided. Im very disappointed with the poor job, materials used and lack of customer service that Maria had towards me. I don't recommend anyone getting this done with Maria. She does not care about keeping her clientele. She only cares about doing the first sessions for the money and does not follow up for the retouches. I WOULD NOT recommend anybody to get this done with her unless you want to throw your money away on a service that will last you a few weeks so that you can come back and get charged AGAIN for the service. read more

I've waited a bit to write this review because I wanted to make sure that my initial impression of Miallure's services was correct. I'm happy to report that it was and every time I've gone since has increased my level of satisfaction and enthusiasm for Maria and her skills. Unfortunately, I was born with long, sparse eyelashes that have no natural curl so, of course, to get some sort of glamorous effect out of them I have to resort to using some type of mascara which always ends up being a hot mess for me because I'm not good at applying makeup. I found Miallure while browsing Instagram pics and was happy to find that her place was located close to me. It took months to build up the courage to book because I was afraid I'd look silly and didn't want to spend money and be disappointed. Truth is I've only ever really had my eyelashes done for weddings and even though they looked nice, I felt that it would only be appropriate for fancy events. However, browsing Miallure photos I realized that the work she did was so natural looking that it was worth a try. The process the first time is long but the refill appointments are much shorter. The nice part is your lying on your back the entire time with your eyes closed. Trust that I've fallen asleep a few times because it's that comfortable. Even though you can't actually see what Maria is doing, you can tell that she's an expert at her job. She's very careful with her hands and delicate every time she's near or touching your face and the end result is nothing short of perfection! She does such an incredible job of applying just the right amount of length and fullness, leaving you looking like a rockstar. I truly can't express how much I love the way my eyes look after every appointment and the lashes last a decent amount of time. Since I play soccer often and work out almost every day, I schedule my refills at least every 2-2 1/2 weeks because all that sweat build up doesn't do me any favors but I can assure you that the quality is there and is worth every penny. Maria is a sweet and talented professional and you can tell that she prides herself in her work. If you're looking to upgrade your eyelash game, look no further. Miallure is the answer! P.S.
