This was an extremely…read moreupsetting experience, and after reviewing her medical records and timeline, I have serious concerns about how her case was handled. Ruby was at the hospital from approximately 7 a.m. until around 4 p.m. According to the records I received, her condition and vital signs changed during her hospitalization. I am concerned about the timing of the response to those changes and about the management of her respiratory condition. Her records also document tracheal collapse, and the radiology findings raised additional concerns for me. I repeatedly communicated that I wanted the veterinary team to do what was medically necessary for Ruby and that I would pay for her treatment. During this emergency, however, I was contacted about additional costs and asked to make payments before further treatment proceeded. From my perspective, too much valuable time was spent discussing and processing payment while Ruby was critically ill. Ruby ultimately suffered cardiac arrest and died at the hospital. I cannot say with certainty what the outcome would have been with different treatment, but after reviewing the medical timeline, I have serious questions about whether interventions could have been escalated sooner. Another part of the experience that was particularly painful occurred immediately after Ruby died. While I was holding her and grieving, I was approached about paperwork. Given what had just happened, I found the timing extremely insensitive. I paid approximately $3,000 for Ruby's care. More importantly, I trusted this hospital with a member of my family during a medical emergency. I am sharing my experience because I believe other pet owners should ask detailed questions about treatment plans, timing of interventions, and payment requirements when bringing a critically ill animal here. Ruby was deeply loved, and losing her that day was devastating.

Like LOVE to TALK - and dont pick up on the cues that you want to pay and get the heck out of there. Others seem to have issues with the cash register, or how to process returns. I am not sure if that is because there is high turnover or what ( the training on the cash) but sometimes checkout can be hell. Bringing my dog in there can be interesting - so many smells - I loved the ironic moment when my dog peed on the puppy training pad display. Luckily they have cleaning wipes and stations and are very good about it. They do have just about everything you need from collars to food to litter boxes to grooming to fishtanks. Return policy is no hassle too. All in all, they are a good place to go if you want good customer service- brace yourself though for a potentially interesting check out experience.

When I got home, I noticed that her paw pads were still very dirty and the hair around and between her paw pads had not been properly trimmed. I called and brought her back the next day. I initially thought it was just an honest mistake--everyone can forget something sometimes. But they told me that this was how her paws looked after they had cleaned them. They spent another 10 minutes cleaning them, and they still looked like this. I was honestly speechless and just left. I'm sharing my experience so others can be aware and avoid the same experience.

We brought our dog in to have a cracked nail looked at. We initially came in for a simple nail trim…read moreand were told the vet had to do an exam, which was quoted at $60. Shortly after, we were told our dog would need to be sedated and have the nail fully removed, with a quoted cost of $680. The nail may have been cracked for a few days already and was not bleeding, not infected, and not bothering him at all. Because of this, the recommendation felt extremely excessive. Given that it was New Year's Day and one of the only clinics open, it honestly felt like we were being taken advantage of. Dr. Navdeep Singh was very cold and not personable. The interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, and it seemed like scare tactics were being used to push us into an unnecessary procedure. We trusted our gut and declined, asking instead for the broken part of the nail to simply be clipped so we could follow up with our regular vet when they reopened. After seeing our regular vet, we were advised that they would not have removed the nail after examining it and that the proper course was simply to keep it clean and dry. This further confirmed that the initial recommendation was unnecessary. We were also told it would be $40 just to bandage the nail, which felt unreasonable for something so basic. At that point, it really seemed like every small step came with an added charge, and it gave the impression that the focus was more on making money than providing appropriate care. After leaving, we reviewed the bill and saw we were charged $110 total -- $80 for the visit and $25 for a nail trim -- which did not align with what we were initially told. At that point we just wanted to leave, but we will be calling to speak with management. Overall, the experience felt cold, overpriced, and pressured, and we left feeling uneasy rather than reassured about our dog's care. I would not recommend this clinic.
