Amy creates a really open, relaxed environment from starting each class with a little get to know you activity among the parents, leaving space for questions, rocking awesome Bob jams, and burning incense. Many laughs are shared too :) Who knew you could have fun and get educated when learning about a mucus plug. She does have a uterus shaped pool that class is hosted in/at during the summer months. I had to get certified and I was looking for an office that would work with my schedule…read more I searched around and this office came up. I called the office and the lady (Kiki) was very pleasant. She was willing to work with my availability which is a big plus because I have a busy schedule. The class was straight forward and we went over first aid, watched videos, went over questions and she took the time to answer all my questions. After, we went over CPR and it was nice to see the mannequin that connects to a smart device and tells you if you are doing it correctly or not. I will be honest, I wanted to cut the face off like Dwight in Office. I restrained myself! ! All in all, she is great and you can tell that she has a lot of experience. I highly encourage anyone to attend this office if you need/want to get certified. You won't be disappointed!

The best part of taking the classes at 411 is the trainer, Kiki! She helps make the almost 3 hours (for each class) go by rather quickly and has some hilarious stories about personal experiences that keep it fun! They have all kinds of things you may need for your home/car/etc that can help prevent accidents from happening and then give you the training you need in case they do! Highly recommend checking it out if you're interested in safety classes or information!

I HIGHLY DON'T recommend using Carelinks for your child's in home ABA services. I have had a…read moreterrible experience with them since Day 1. We were told we could pick someone to get their certification to help with our child and it would take a week or two to do so and then got told by every single person we talked to in the center something different. They told me they could get me an RBT asap and we have been without one ALL summer long now. We were suppose to have BCBA that does in person 1-2x a month and she stopped responding and coming and haven't had anyone visit or see our daughter in over a month now. And to top it all off no-one emails you back, calls you back, and our chosen caregiver is STILL NOT certified. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!

Signed my grand daughter up because she gets nervous in heaver traffic. She does fine going to…read moreschool and work but is apprehensive about starting classes at DMACC. When I asked how it was going and if they just picked her up from school she said that she didn't think her driving instructor was allowed close to any schools. It took me a second to get that comment. Turns out her 'older' instructor always makes comments about her looks and her clothes which she finds really creepy. Maybe others have better experience with other instructors but this was not a good fit for a teenage girl.
