Our son does not complain about going, mainly because they make everything fun and game-like. Some of the instruction is with adults, but more often it is with High School aged "math-letes". My son really prefers the time with the big kids, and has responded very positively. So far, the results are good. We've seen steady improvement at school and my son is gaining confidence in math. We signed up for six months and will likely continue to go through the summer. There is a Scooter's coffee shop and Jimmy Johns next door yo hang out while you wait for the one hour appointment to conclude. TL,DR; Structured tutoring sessions for kids that need help with math. Lots of energy is expected in this job with monitoring children and chores expected to be done ON schedule. Independence is taught here and expected as they age. I missed them and think of each as time moves forward.
