I have been working at Crayons 2 Pencils now for a little over 4 years and I enjoy coming into work everyday! Two of my boys go to the Early Learning Center and my oldest son goes to the Rec Center and they have so much fun going to school everyday. They have grown and learned so much since we started attending Crayons 2 Pencils. I truly value all the support and structure that the teachers put into their learning and into their classroom to help every child succeed in school. our daughter started when she was 2 and she is 5 now. We have nothing but positive feedback. we tell everyone we know that's looking for child care to reach out to C2P. all teachers are highly trained and truly care about each child. the communication is also incredible. the meals are all top tier and posted in advance and my daughter loves the "weekly themes". she learns so much there. they post pictures and updates daily which helps us as parents feels like we don't miss a thing! My son has been attending C2P since he was in pre school and is now in 4th grade. I would not trust him with anyone else for his care, learning, and overall love that the staff at C2P has given him over the years. This is a trusted family owned business whose owners rigorously pour hours and hours of time outside of normal business hours into how they can make this place the absolute best. I have and 2.5 year old and 5 month old that attends Crayons2Pencils. I did a lot of visits between in home and centers and landed with C2P because of their outstanding dedication to social, emotional, and academic growth of the children. I have seen incredible growth from my two children and am impressed with what they come home with between activities and knowledge. My grandkids attend Crayons 2 Pencils Early Learning Center in Norwalk, Iowa. Sometimes I get to pick them up and I just had to share how happy it makes me to hear the kids excitedly telling me about their day. They tell me all about their teachers (that they adore) and the activities of their day. Actually they are often so engaged when I get there, that they often don't even notice I'm in the room! Our 2-year-old son loves the staff and Crayons 2 Pencils so much that he requests to attend on weekends and is sad to go home. The best center in Norwalk. Crayons 2 Pencils has been growing each year and it gets better every time. From a large expanded playground to the clubhouse everything has been amazing. No details are left out and weekly educational themes are a favorite of our student. The variety of activities that are presented to the kids is phenomenal and it is so great to see pictures on social media of the kids truly having a great time with friends and staff. read more

Love this place! I started working here back in 2018 and I also have a 1 year old daughter here. As a teacher and mom I wouldn't recommend any other childcare for your little one.
