Very grateful for Ms. Racheal, and how good she is with the kids. My son looks forward to coming here before and after school, never any issues. My baby can be a little spit fire but oh my goodness, her teachers at so good with her, and she just loves them all, and the crafts and play time. Management is very friendly and all family, and they treat all the kiddos like they treat their own, they're always around, and willing to help. We had such a horrible experience at a previous preschool and coming to cadence was such a relief. I have seen sooooo much growth in my 4 and 1 year old. My oldest always talks about how much he has learned each day and how much he loves his preschool teachers. My youngest has started saying more vocabulary words and i couldnt believe how much this 1 year old has learned in vocabulary and his baby sign language that his teachers has taught him. I didnt know what to expect as an employee but I was blessed to be given the opportunity and experience there. I enjoyed witnessing the intelligence of each child's growth. It was most difficult to monitor the children during their lunch hour as a mass of 30children at one sitting with 2adults overseeing them. Lots of energy is expected in this job with monitoring children and chores expected to be done ON schedule. Independence is taught here and expected as they age. I missed them and think of each as time moves forward.

Applying strict rules to everything restricts kids imagination but that doesn't mean that they are not given structure. As far as I've seen, they keep the kids active during the summer, and whenever weather permits during the winter. I like that they don't have TV and their playground is great. They are right across from a park so they go there during the summer sometimes. All I get is a "it's a shot or a miss" when she goes at home. My son who is 7 gets picked on, sure he starts it as well but no one helps or listen or even communicates with me what is going on during the time he is with them. When I find out my son is getting body slammed days later is not okay with me. No calls or reports for it. Very upsetting.

April (the new…read moredirector) and Kylie (the AD) are wonderful--great communication, lots of fun activities, and my daughter truly loves her teachers. The facility is clean, with live cameras (sensitive areas blurred), and we get regular updates and photos. It's play-based but also encourages learning, teamwork, and responsibility. I feel confident my daughter is safe, happy, and cared for every day.
