His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Highly recommend Master Tree Services for any tree work. Reliable, fast, and trustworthy.

His crew was just a pleasure to have on my property, where they trimmed back very tall arborvitae along both sides of my yard. I could not be more satisfied with how they handled the work, how polite & accommodating his crew was. Arborvitae trimming was perfect. Just to let you know how careful they were, I have hostas growing in beds stretching from one end of the arborvitae to the other, about 60 feet on both sides. When they were done trimming & cleaning up (great clean up job too), not one hosta was crushed or damaged. Take note of that because this trimming job was not easy. They were extremely careful. You want tree or shrub service done at your house. Benjamin at JIREH PROPERTY MAINTENANCE is the company to call, bar none!! They are now my "go to" company & I will us them again. Thanks Benjamin!! While operating their wood chipper, they directed the debris toward my vehicle, covering it with wood chips. When I approached the workers to ask them to move their trucks and let them know they were damaging my car, one of them simply shrugged and said, "That sucks." I then spoke with the owner, who dismissed my concern by saying, "Don't worry about it, we'll just blow the car off." After they blew the debris off and moved their trucks, it became clear that the wood chips were embedded in my car's exterior, requiring professional detailing. When I called the owner to address the damage and request compensation for the detail, he refused to pay and hung up on me. I informed him that I would be pursuing legal action.

When they showed up for the estimate, they took pictures of all the work that was needed and as I pointed out things that I thought someone else would be needed, they said they could handle that too. Their estimate was very fair so I hired them right away. They came early, notifying me of their arrival beforehand and got to work right away. They took a hopeless yard that looked like a jungle and turned it into a yard that I hadn't seen since I moved into my house. The right side of the house, if you look at the pictures, was horrible. Now it's perfect! Not seen in the pictures is the left side of the house, where weeds were coming up through the concrete tiles, those are now all gone! My backyard patio also had bad weeds coming up and now you don't even notice anything bad was there. They are such great people too - fun to talk to and nice people. I decided to hire them to do maintenance on an ongoing basis because of how happy I am with their work. Please check out the pictures to get a before and after comparison to see how much work they had to do to get my yard back to being usable again. Mind-blowing!
