I've come here over the past 20 years (with the grandma) and never really cared to write a review…read moreuntil my recent experience shopping for myself. I knew to shop for wedding engagement & band at American retailers b/c there was a lot more variety and choices (plus bigger ones have 0% interest credit card offer). I decided to come here to buy diamond earrings (again, not a lot of choices but I wanted something simple). The owner is helpful in that she is honest. She doesn't try to sell me a huge setting or an expensive stone. There was 2 halo settings that we liked and she said the smaller (obviously cheaper one) has a 'younger and simpler' vibe than the big one. I really appreciate this b/c I can't imagine anyone not wanting to sell the bigger more expensive ones. Another time we went to buy necklace pendant. She showed me just the design that would accent the diamond and gives that 'younger' look. Not that I got money for any expensive (and maybe she knows?) but at least she respected my wishes and know what looks good and what I want versus trying to make big bucks. Another thing I appreciate is the fact that owner isn't pushy. I'm not 'rolling in dough' so few hundred to few thousand is a 'big purchase' that requires me to think it through before purchasing.

Oh wow, I am still completely blown away by the incredible service that Ryan at Knox Jeweler…read moreprovided me throughout the whole process. I came in not knowing a single thing about engagement rings, and feeling like an expert. Ryan really wanted me to pick the perfect ring for the budget I presented him. He made sure that I wasn't picking a diamond based on the carat size, but rather, he allowed me to look at a variety of different diamonds with varying weight/color/shape. The best part is, at no point in time did I feel like Ryan was swaying me towards a specific diamond. Instead, with his infinite knowledge on diamonds, he told me all the details of the diamond I was looking at and at the end, allowed me to pick the one I felt like was the right choice. But it doesn't even stop right there, after picking the best diamond choice that was in the store, Ryan pulled up a list of a million more diamonds that he did not have in store but can order so I could check out. Again, he filtered the list by budget and tried to find me the best diamond possible, I picked a couple so that we can compare it to the diamond I have selected I store. He told me to come back next week and the new diamonds should arrive. I ended up picking the original but it was nice to see such a huge variety of diamonds that were all within my budget. I was initially afraid of diamond shopping because I had no knowledge on them, but my experience at Knox Jewelers really wiped out that fear. I would highly recommend them to anyone as the customer service here is beyond anything I've ever experienced.

A truly amazing experience working with Kristin Schelitzche…read moreat Knox Jewelers. She was awesome to work with from start to finish! During the initial appointment she walked me through the process and helped me chose and design the perfect ring based on my preferences and budget. Once I landed on the ring design we looked at 3 different diamonds. She explained and walked through diamond quality and characteristics. With her help I chose the perfect diamond for the setting. During the build process they provided email updates to their website so I could see the progress of the ring (it also explained the build process along the way). With Kristin's help we were able to create a beautiful and unique antique engagement ring that in our eyes is priceless! I would highly recommend to anyone!
