When its so bend it scratches your skin when you wash your face, no matter how sentimental, it's time to get a new one. Jeff was our sales person. He was great! We had a basic idea of what we liked and he showed us many options. Husband tried on so many. Oddly, it was one we said 'let's try that on for fun', was what we ended up purchasing. They custom order the size so they don't have to reshape the ring in anyway, compromising its structure. Surprisingly, we didn't have to put anything down. It should be ready in a couple of weeks and we will go back and pick it up. Fantastic experience. Marney is right on in being a spokesperson.
