Please avoid using this business as the owner did not honor her contract of doing a deep clean of our home that was completely empty while we were gone. Instead she cleaned only 50% of the house (the upper floor) charged us $600.00 only for us to discover the bottom half of our home was never cleaned. The kitchen had layers of crud on the counters and was never wiped down or cleaned. The refrigerator, the double ovens, the stove, the inside and outside of the cabinets, the floors and the windows were never cleaned including the bottom bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. All the doors were still dirty with fingerprints, dirt and unmentionable crud. All the toilets and tubs were just rinsed and we were told they could not remove the mineral deposits. (That was untrue as I took a toilet brush to task and how amazing to find the deposits gone after I did it.) The same was for the tubs all it required was someone to actually clean it, not rinse it. We trusted she was an honest person when we first met her and paid her cleaning fee immediately when she said she was done. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment to find we were scammed by someone who talked a good talk.

My complex wasn't pleased with the cleaning the first time and requested them to return- they came back and finished the job. I thought it was cleaned to standard but my complex was still not satisfied. I paid $125 + plus $25 tip to Johana (the woman who I booked the service with). I had to pay an additional $110 to my complex to clean to their standards. I never requested my money to be returned to me for the services because I know they had cleaned. All I asked was that the shower door be paid in full ($1000) which the owner reassured they would take care of it. Instead of communicating professionally and arranging a payment plan with me- they pointed the finger to a worker who was "not supposed to be there that day"- the owners younger brother apparently. That worker was cleaning and was a part of the Tony's Cleaners team on 3/28. After the incident I had been communicating with Johana thinking she would take care of the issue and reassure we can come to an agreement for the $1000 due but was shown the true colors of this poorly run family owned business. From Johana (the wife of the owner): "if you want your money go talk to the person who broke it". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I was kind and nice to the people who own/operate this company- Tony & Johana and they just showed me not every company on yelp should be trusted. Be careful who you do business with out here in Las Vegas!

Not only did she clean, but she organized EVERYTHING, my girls' closets, under their beds, my valet...even my horribly unorganized master closet!!! I am blown away. I have an extremely high standard of clean (Don't always have the time to meet my own standard) and Bithiah knocked it out of the park. I really wanted this to work. My wife & I are in our 70's now and we just thought it was time to…read moretake a break from cleaning. It's just the two of us and our 13 year old Shih Tzu and 15 year old Maltese. This was disclosed to them at the time I went on line to request a quote for services twice a month. A few days later I was contacted via email and asked if our home had been professionally cleaned within the last three months. I responded that it had. The following day I received a quote for and initial clean and then what the follow up cleaning would be. The same day I told them I was ready to start. And then I waited... for nearly a week. And then it was, "we can start tomorrow." We couldn't do the next day but after another couple of emails set up a start date a couple of days later. On the day the housekeeper (singular) arrived, I noted that she was quite young. I gave her a quick tour of our (modest) home, told her our main concerns were the tile floors and high dusting (cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and pot shelve) and she set off about her business. I stayed out of her way and did not interfere with her work. When she was done, the first thing I noticed was the floors felt tacky in my house slippers. The young lady mopped them again... twice. There was no change. I attributed it to too much soap in the water. Then I noticed debris still on the floor in the family room. Additionally, furniture had not been cleaned under. When I showed her how easy it was to lay the couch & loveseat over on their backs she did clean under them. And in order for her to dust the pot shelves and ceiling fans, we had to loan her our long handled duster to do it. And when she was done, the house didn't smell a bit different than before she got here. This was not a good first impression. I do not blame the young lady. I made that very clear in the email I sent a few days later. I thought she needed some additional training and said so. And I was willing at that point to continue using the service as sometimes it takes a few meeting to get to know one another. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from a person at Maids2Nv who identified herself as a supervisor. She said there was pet urine in the house and because of that, they were going to have to discard the vacuum, mops, etc. used in our home because they could never be used in other homes again due to contamination. Really! A cleaning service that cannot clean and sanitize their own cleaning equipment. And furthermore, they would not be able to come again until the floors had been professionally cleaned. But I thought THEY were the professionals. (For the record, our fur babies have not had a accident in the house for months). As for moving the furniture, they don't do that for the safety of the employees is what I was told. (But I guess it's okay to send a young lady alone to a strange place where not a single member of your staff have seen or checked out). Like I said in the beginning, I really wanted this to work out. Maids2Nv and I have parted ways.
