I came here to meet someone and it was a perfect spot for that. The decor and location are great. Food was awesome too, flavorful and fresh. The chips and salsa were addicting. Guac could use a dash of salt but that's personal preference. Our server was friendly and attentive. I would absolutely go back!

I want to give 5 stars, but I also wrestled with 3. Bottom line, service is inconsistent but food and vibe are excellent. Service is very friendly and I like everyone I've interacted with. But we've been forgotten twice. Once was particularly embarrassing since I vouched for this place and we were there with 2 other families. Drinks ran dry and we weren't checked in for WAY too long. This is balanced with a super cool interior, great patio and adjacent outdoor area (great for kids to run around), great food (very reliable, 5/5), great and equally reliable chips and salsa, never had a wait / always seated immediately, and cool bar area, including garage doors that open the bar to the outside patio. AND they have mole, my favorite. I usually get the mole enchiladas (chicken). YUM. So despite service letting me on 2 visits, I'm rounding up to 4 stars. But they at least need someone refilling drinks, if nothing else, even if they're not a dedicated waiter.

Visited on a Tuesday evening to celebrate my birthday - no reservation. We were immediately greeted and escorted to our table. Honestly, food was just okay but not amazing.. a cool/modern-like place. They appeared to be short staffed but our waiter absolutely made sure we were serviced well. I don't think we will be returning.

Our waiter was excellent. He was very responsive to our requests. He was very available. All of the food entrees was very good to excellent. Their beef is very well seasoned. Their salsa has great flavor. The chili carne sauce for me was overpowering with chili powder so next time I will get a cheese sauce on my beef enchiladas. That is the only complaint for my personal taste buds. I didn't order rice but double beans so my order was not accurate. But I let it go. My taco was delicious. Everyone is the group enjoyed their entrees.

Service was great here! You always know a place will be good by their salsa.. here the guac too- amazing, so flavorful! We got the veggie quesadillas and veggie poblano, both delish. Dessert- loved the flan and sopapillas, the funnel cake fries were a little tough. Would def come back!

I met a friend for lunch here. She wanted to try this place. She saw it on Facebook. We arrived and the restaurant was really nice and the bar area was also nice. The service was good. I decided to get the beef fajita and top shelf margarita. The beef fajita came out hot and was very tasty. The beans and rice were good and it was a large portion. Overall I was very happy with the meal. The top shelf margarita was less impressive. It didn't taste top shelf and was not strong. This place needs to work on their drinks, but the food was good.

I found a new hidden gem in the Ad Pages flyer. This place is amazing from the decor, service, and the quality of the food and drinks. For my 1st visit I keep it simple, things you shouldn't be able to mess up and they didn't disappoint. Thank you Marko for your awesome service

    Luis Dinner

We had such a great dinner at San Miguel Tex-Mex Cuisine in Lewisville! From the second we sat down, the service was super fast and friendly -- we felt really well taken care of. The chips and salsa were AMAZING -- honestly the best salsa we've had in a long time. The tortilla soup was light but full of flavor and yes, perfect even in TX summer heat (we love soup). My husband got the Luis Dinner and I had the beef enchilada dinner; both were so flavorful and came out perfectly hot and fresh. The Skinny Margaritas were also a highlight -- light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. The vibe was cozy and welcoming, and everything just felt easy and relaxed. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to and telling friends about. 5/5 stars!

First our waiter kept getting distracted by waitresses and took forever to come back to us even just for simple drink orders. Forget about ordering food. Since we were in happy hour we ordered a ton of apps, so disappointing. The food was nowhere near the caliber ridiculous cost. The crab tasted old and like drinking ocean water, the ribs were dry and the shrimp app came with 9 small/ med shrimp for $20. My martini was okay the first round and then the bartender kept adding soda water for the next two. $20 smoked martini was smoked for literally 5 seconds. Then we get our check, which is completely wrong and over charged so if you don't heed the warning, check your ticket. And then to top of the extremely slow service and mediocre overpriced food, the night ended at 7:10 when the evening hostess came over and loudly announced we were only able to be seated because we promised to leave by 7. One of the most unprofessional and inaccurate interactions I've had. Don't bother. Don't go. Unless of course you enjoy disappointment at a deep cost.

Quartino Ristorante is a very popular Italian restaurant in the Grandscape district in The Colony…read more This restaurant has fantastic service and caters to the surrounding suburban crowd. But if you want Italian food, you're better off visiting Dallas. My Overall Rating - 2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food) Atmosphere - Quartino Ristorante is a large, stand-alone red brick restaurant. It's big inside and has touches that remind me the Italian restaurants in Chicago, including stairs that go down to the basement. On my Sunday evening visit for dinner, the restaurant was packed with patrons, many of them families visiting Grandscape. It was also very loud. On our table were our plates & place settings, glasses, and pizza stand. These items are communal and self-serve. Beware if you're a germaphobe. 1/2 Star. Service - Our server was excellent. Our party of 4 had two guests arriving later, but he made sure we had bread on our table and brought out water. Once everyone arrived, we put in our order, and the dishes began to arrive as they were made. And as dirty plates piled up, other staff members jumped in to help out. Thanks, team! 1 Star. Food - Unfortunately, Quartino Ristorante didn't hit the spot for me. Starting with the table bread, the Italian bread was very tough. It was like eating bread that had been sitting out. I was hoping for hot, freshly sliced bread. Good thing there was plenty of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on the table, because I needed it to chew the bread. I found out the pizza oven was gas, not wood fired, so I opted for a trio of small plates: bruschetta, caprese salad, and eggplant parmesan. If you like tart tomatoes, you'll like Quartino Ristorante. I like my tomatoes milder (San Marza). While the bruschetta tomatoes were great, the bread they sat on had the same trait as the table bread. Finally, my eggplant was more mozzarella and tomato sauce then eggplant. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - No. Quartino Ristorante is not my kind of Italian restaurant. It's large, loud, and families that visit Grandscape will be perfectly comfortable here. As for me, I'll stay local to Dallas for my Italian eats. No Stars.
