Today we showed up around 6 a.m. thinking they were open, but they were actually still closed. The door happened to be open, and the cook greeted us kindly and let us know they weren't open yet. As we were about to leave, he called us back and said, "It's okay, I'll fire up the grill and make you something," even though they weren't supposed to open for another two hours.
