Took 2 months to fully be done with the process and 4 separate visits. They tried to install a beat up floor model first, second day tried again with new parts installed on the same beat up model. Eventually ordered what i paid full price for and one more visit to replace the damaged door panel it came with. In the whole process we must have called them 10-15 times and never once received a call back...only way anything got done was if they picked up randomly and/or you go to the store again in person (which i was forced to do to get the damaged door panel ordered and scheduled. In the end, my cabinet is damaged from having a dishwasher installed and removed so many times by uncertified installers. wish i could post the pics here

I've been a longtime customer of Southwest Appliance (and others) and have been witness to…read morediminishing quality and service in the industry overall. It's hard to be better when everyday you compete against Best Buy, Lowes and Home all day long, everyday. However this review is about giving credit to Barrett and his staff for working with me and supporting me as a customer as I endured the delivery of not one, but two refrigerators that, out of the box, did not work. They hung in there with me, gave me a loaner, and after four trips to the house, the adventure is over and I am happy with my new refrigerator. This is exactly the kind of service, in a difficult situation, that builds customer loyalty.

We have both purchased new appliances and used their services for a range that came with our house…read more In purchasing, we came in with clear price ranges we could work with. They did a great job explaining the differences so we could make the right choice. The drop off was easy and helped us to get it ready for installation. Recently we called about our range. I left a message in the evening after hours and they called first thing the next morning. I explained the issue and asked about prices of service call versus a new range. They went over costs of each (new range at same line versus cost per time and new parts) and I ultimately chose the repair service. They booked a visit within 2 days. I was concerned the service person might dilly dally because of time but they came in, got to work and finished within an hour with time to explain issues. My old range is now back in use and I'm more aware of what I need to start squirreling away when I'm ready to purchase something new.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My plumber installed a Triangle…read moreTube boiler purchased from Ferguson when we built our house. 4 years later it developed a leak in the heat exchange unit that ruined the boiler. Despite having a 10 year warranty on the heat exchanger Stephanie from Ferguson informed me that they would not be able to warranty the unit. Then after several phone calls from myself and the plumber she told me I should remove the heat exchange unit as that is all they would be willing to honor under the warranty despite the rest of the unit and electronics being damaged from the water leak. So it is January with temps in the single digits and I have no heat and no hot water in the house. I have no other option but to purchase a new unit from them, so I put it on my credit card and schedule the plumbers to put it in the next day when it will be delivered. The unit is delivered from Ferguson in an opened box and on the side it is marked "Damaged". Upon opening the box I discover their is a layer of dust on the top of the unit and that it has obviously been smashed and banged up and had been sitting in their warehouse for a long time. I send it back and wait a week for another unit to be delivered. Meanwhile the original unit with the leak is sent back to Ferguson to ship back to Triangle Tube under the warranty and several weeks pass. Stephanie calls my plumber and tells him he has to come down and remove the heat exchange unit to send back. I call her and tell her that a new heat exchange unit will do me no good as the entire unit is damaged and needs to be replaced and I've already put in a new unit so I don't need a damaged unit with a new heat exchanger. She says she will not ship the entire unit and they will only warranty and ship the heat exchanger. To top it off she informs me that they will charge me storage fees if I leave the unit with them until the issue is resolved. I then had to get an attorney to write some letters. Triangle Tube, when contacted, agreed to ship the entire unit and upon inspection did issue a credit to Ferguson for the entire boiler honoring their warranty. It in now July and Ferguson has yet to refund the cost of the boiler to me under the warranty despite several phone calls and emails. I will never to business with them again.
