He pointed out how I could actually save some money on the repair and saved me about $100. He answered all my questions and worked efficiently and did an excellent job. I'll definitely reach out to them in the future if I need any plumbing work done.

I rushed home to meet with Michael as he was on his way out of town. Each part of the project I…read moreneeded to get done was met with "that won't work" or "we will have to open the wall", etc. mostly a lot of negatives and lots of $$$. He reviewed all the projects and promised a quote (which never came) upon his return. Personally, I liked the guy. Professionally, it is extremely unlikely I would ever hire. I get having a busy business, but I only requested quotes from 3 contractors based on how impressed I was with their backgrounds and reviews, but 2 (including Michael) ghosted me after one visit. Would not recommend.

It was an old (1964) installation, so of course it was a bit of a struggle to remove the lid. He was determined to remove the lid without breaking it. He was successful. And I told him once he removed the straight pipe to give it to me. He did not give it to me so I asked him please get me the straight pipe. He said that he couldn't get me the parts, and that they were gone! So feeling bad he told me that he would get me a new one free of charge charge! I told them I wanted to have this new pipe installed on my new truck that I recently got. I told them I'm going to go have it professionally installed at another shop. But the owner insisted that he wanted to do it to make sure everything was done right. Due to my grandfather being a friend and done years of business with him. So I agreed to let them do it. My grandfather called the owner gave him a list of parts to order that we wanted and the owner said he would get right on it. Well they never did. So after waiting for 2 months My grandfather called the owner and asked what's going on. They said they didn't have the parts and that they would get right on it. After more time went by, around 6 months later they still refuse to give me the pipe that came off my old truck or get me a new one to replace the one they lost and told me they would replace free of charge and install onto my new vehicle. Then they had the audacity to call me and my grandfather liars and said we didn't have an appointment and that we didn't call and discuss what parts were needed and wanted to be ordered. They basically are calling a good friend and long time customer liars. Unbelievable! I could NOT recommend this place to a family member or friend.
