I was bummed it was already closed and then there was a holiday but made an effort to come back. I'm glad I did because I think this was one of the best pizzas we had on our trip. I ordered the pepperoni which I wish I just got the margherita AND I forgot to ask for it extra toasted. I like it when the crust and bottom are more crisp. You can order ahead online or inside at the kiosk. They have free honey on the side and there's not really anywhere to eat it unless that place across from it is closed and you can use their tables/chairs hah. Overall, would highly recommend if in Zurich.

Reservation one day before. When our friends arrived (before us) they couldn't find our names & were not too helpful & willing to find them. Maybe because all of the staff members are still pretty young & didn't seem to be experienced in working on a restaurant. In the end they found my reservation and we got an outside table. Very nice venue in a calm neighbourhood. You have to place your order at the counter, my sister in law created her own pizza & that took like forever. Service is all in all very slow and unfriendly. Prices are great for Zurich (since it's self service and you even have to put the dishes away yourselves). It's a nice place for a fancy pizza, which you can't find anywhere else in Zurich. Beside the bad customer service I'd go back again. Fresh food for reasonable prices!!
