Great place to play bingo. People were friendly and.informative. Prices compare to other bingos. Fast calling, which I prefer.

I wanted to spend the day at the pool for the weekend. The room is spacious! With a living room, Dining room, and a bedroom and two bathrooms! The living room overlooks the pool and that's also where the sunsets happen from my room. And in the evening I have the best view of the city! In the morning, we had breakfast at the Y lounge and it's so beautiful up there. The food was delicious. And the scenery while having a morning breakfast made it feel like you are somewhere else. I got lost a few times and I would flag an employee down and ask for directions to the hotel elevator. Instead of telling me where to go they each walked me to the elevators. Now that is exceptional. We spent most of our day at the pool. The cafe for the pool was delicious. I ordered a grilled chicken BLT and it was so perfect. I definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service, beautiful hotel, clean, great perks, and overall excellent first-time experience! 1. Valet was welcoming and friendly, check-in was easy, and lobby was gorgeous and clean. 2. Hotel Rooms were so nice and luxurious! Spacious, comfortable and even included a Nespresso machine (something not often seen in rooms). I was impressed by how beautiful the hotel room was. 3. Casino Floor(s) were spacious, clean, and overall pleasant! I am amazed with the cleanliness and non-cigarette smell. It made my experience even better. Slot machines were fun and customer service was excellent! 4. Serrano Buffet was busy but fast and easy. Food was mediocre, however, I did enjoy the lobster night! Amazing customer service. 5. Pool, Gym & Amenities were top tier. The service at the pool felt VIP, the staff were all friendly and attentive. The gym was clean and luxurious w/cold towels that smelled like eucalyptus, fruits and free water! 6. FYI: 21 & over resort only! I didn't know this until I noticed no kids anywhere. Makes for a great adult experience. Overall, staff were amazing and friendly! Everyone was so nice! Lastly, my favorite part is when a staff member went above and beyond. I felt sick and needed a banana late night. A staff member helped my husband by giving him 2 bananas from her break room since there were none available anywhere. She was kind and went out of her way. It meant more than she knows. I can't wait to go back!! I highly recommend coming here! The best first-time experience and staycation. It's a nice getaway for locals who want a similar experience to Vegas.

As a Bingo fanatic, I was absolutely so so so excited to see how Bingo was at Hamburger Mary's! I…read morehad never been, and it seemed to be something that would be right up my alley... Yet the experience was nothing more than displeasing... The Bingo event itself was a 10 game 3 card set, and it cost $20 for charity, awesome! But, little did we know that playing Bingo here would come with ridicule, hostility, and a vibe of just "getting this over with". The even was slated to start at 7:00 so we arrived at 6:30 to eat, but they didn't start till 7:30 without even telling anyone waiting, which began to annoy many customers. The intermission was also supposed to be 15 minutes but when from 8:05 to 8:40... As the game went on, they would call the balls so rapidly that it was very difficult to process and keep up. In addition, they don't display them. When they were asked to slow down, he gave a stern "No.", which honestly came off as a racially charged response to the woman just trying to keep up. They just do this for your money, it most likely doesn't go to charity, and they don't have a sense of actually just having a good time playing bingo. Hamburger Mary's needs to reassess this event and their continuation of the "Bingo Boy" ...who is essentially just that. Acting like a child, trying to get what he wants. Which is just money.

Having fun while supporting a good cause (charity of the night) = 5 stars!…read moreDoing it with Drag Queens who will spank you if you ask nicely- even better! I don't think I have played Bingo for at least a decade, and before last night, I had never played the version in which you have to mark your card in the shape of a rim job (the boxes directly around the free spot). Or a stripper pole ("Pole Dancer"). Why else is Legendary Bingo so much cooler than regular ol' Bingo? ~Well for starters, you have a great Drag Queen (Belle Aire) calling the Bingo numbers. ~All the creative things that go along with calling the Bingo numbers (O-68- I'll owe you one) ~If you call out Bingo and you don't have it, you get spanked. Yes we witnessed this; you know who you are. ;) ~When you do win, you have to run around so everyone can throw their crumpled up loser Bingo cards at you ~The prizes are interesting to say the least. My wife and I won several man on man porn DVDs in a bag full of condoms and lube. Even if we have absolutely no use for any of this, it was still hilarious to win it! It was especially hilarious when another girl won and our Bingo announcer made a joke about how all the lesbians are winning the porn...umm, yeah....she wasn't a lesbian! Oh, we laughed so hard! So now we have a buttload of condoms and lube (bun pun intended) and know a cool place to spend Wednesday nights! We were lucky enough to find street parking on a rainy night, and the rain was nice enough to stop for us when it was time to leave. Bingo is $20 (wifey and I shared). Alcohol and food are available and the servers keep coming around, even amid the Bingo card throwing. If you are drinking a lot, you might want to have a friend play with you so you don't miss an important box on your stripper pole or rim job! I just feel sorry for whoever has to clean this place up when the night is over. The floor is *covered* in crumpled up Bingo cards and anything else people could think of throwing!
