Last week, my surgery for new teeth was quite the successful experience. I was under general anesthesia as Dr Chapokas worked a bone on the top gums and reshaped my bottom gum line to accommodate my new teeth for the installed posts. I was again impressed. I woke up groggy but I had no pain; and to this day, 6 days later, no pain. My new set of teeth look good, feel good and practical for my digestive well being. I highly recommend Dr Chapokas without a doubt. Cheers!

For those looking for high quality care from someone who's been around--I am no stranger to dental…read morework. Finding a really good provider is important to me. I always make it a point to find the best dental physicians and staff when establishing in every city I've ever lived in as an adult. After some initial research, this dental office often came at the top of many lists. And so I wanted to give Dr. George's office a spin... and after a few years of having several items done, I really felt the need to share my positive feedback here! Dr. George and his staff are incredibly skilled in this field. Dentistry can be seen as a skill with artistry involved for every filling, root canal and crown you may get. It's never just about getting the work done materially, but about the quality of the work applied that is so important and can make or break your experience as a patient. I knew right away from his work, from the gentle application of anesthesia to the level of detail and pride in every filling I've ever gotten here--that the work is above and beyond anything I've received at prior offices, ever! It's not only about the materials, it about the skill of the dentist, and their ability--and the difference is truly clear to me in craftsmanship. I'm always on alert with any new provider to make sure I get an honest readout with service that makes sense and takes my future dental care (not only from a preventative but with a financial aspect) in mind! I've never felt pressured or felt it was the kind of office to add on work just because. And since establishing, I've come to really trust Dr. George and his staff with the utmost confidence. It's a culture of people from administration intake to technicians that as a provider have been nothing but joy every time I visit! Makes for a really awesome office to go to and for trustworthy dental planning and advice. Overall, I've been nothing short of completely impressed! Will be recommending to every one I know!

What should have been a simple and straightforward routine teeth cleaning visit quickly turned into…read moresomething much more concerning. I was informed of an unexpected diagnosis and was strongly encouraged to begin light therapy and additional treatments due to my lack of self hegeine and receding gum. The urgency and manner in which these services were presented felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine medical recommendation. It was clear that the focus had shifted from preventive care to aggressive upselling. Concerned by the sudden change in my treatment plan and unsure of the validity of their recommendations, I decided to seek a second opinion at a different dental office. The feedback I received there was completely different -- there was no indication of the issues previously mentioned, and none of the suggested treatments were deemed necessary. Another point worth noting: while patients are warned they will be charged for missing an appointment, the same level of accountability doesn't seem to apply to the office -- I waited nearly 30 minutes past my scheduled time many times before being seen. That lack of consideration, combined with questionable treatment practices, was enough to lose my trust. I will not be returning to this office. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to always get a second opinion before agreeing to any additional procedures. Be cautious of high-pressure tactics disguised as urgent care. Your health -- and your peace of mind -- deserve better.

I texted Dr. Koshgerian about it & was set up for a follow up a week or so later. Came in for a quick visit and he reassured me that it was normal (it is a risk of removal after all) and hopefully, I'd regain the feeling in a couple months! I'm hopeful that it will. I had crowns done on the left side of my mouth (back 3 teeth) they took impressions and put them in my mouth without issue. The problem is that Dr. Fakhimi then removed all the anatomy from the newly delivered teeth leaving me with flat, horizontal pegs for teeth. Perhaps it's my fault for telling him my bite felt off, I don't know. It took forever to chew anything and I couldn't figure out why, I then noticed my teeth were flat. I called the office to see if they could use the impression to redo the teeth but they get rid of impressions once the teeth are delivered. I asked if they could use the teeth on the other side as a guide to give anatomy to the other side but apparently that is not a thing. In summary I paid about $5000 (thats with insurance coverage) to Dr. Fakhimi who permanently disfigured my teeth and bite. He does have a soft touch the anesthesia was painless, and grinding my teeth down didn't hurt. If you go to him just don't say your bite feels off because there is no way to fix teeth with no anatomy. Compare the back 3 teeth on the left to the ones on the right. It may not look like a big difference but it will determine if you eat steak again or not.

I told this to the dental assistant, the assistant said, "Oh, He never does that." Dr. Hage DDS the owner, convinced me to have the tooth pulled. I was mentally weak due to the tooth pain. The doctor pulled the tooth and showed me a small white infection at the tip of the root, however there was no decay on the tooth. As soon as I saw that there was no decay; I knew all I really need was an antibiotic. I knew this because I had worked in dentistry from 1981 to 1997. Dr. Hage does not care about saving teeth he wants to pull them out so he can do an expensive implant. Then the dentist said I need to have a bone graft; he charged me $800 for that procedure. This took him all about 3 minutes, so I don't know what he really did. I have an upper partial denture, so now I had to pay additional money to add a tooth to the partial. It took two times to get the replacement tooth properly aligned right. It looks terrible and it doesn't look right. A very Mickey mouse job, the lab work was terrible. If you want to save your teeth I would never recommend this office. They don't care about the patient they just care about money. I suggest you find a more ethical dentist if you want to keep your teeth. Sign, A retired dental professional

As a small business owner, I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews -- I understand how much…read morethey matter. But my experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I was referred to Dr. Evans specifically because he is a biological dentist who specializes in ceramic implants. I scheduled my appointment about a month in advance. Before my visit, I proactively sent my existing 3D scan to the office via file transfer so I wouldn't need to be re-exposed to X-rays. I called to confirm receipt -- and they confirmed they had it. When I arrived for my 2:00 PM appointment, the front desk told me I would need a new 3D scan. I explained I had already sent mine over. They acted as if they had no record of it -- until they suddenly confirmed they did have it. Fifteen minutes later, they reversed again, claiming they couldn't open the files. I knew this wasn't a file issue, since every other office I'd sent the same files to had opened them without any problem. Eventually a second staff member was brought over, and after another 15 minutes, the files were opened. After more waiting, a staff member came to take me back -- straight to the X-ray machine -- and asked me to remove my earrings for a 3D scan. When I questioned it, she left, returned, and confirmed they did have my scan. I was sent back to the lobby. I was then brought to another room where staff asked me the exact same intake questions that no fewer than five different people had already asked me. It was now 2:45 PM, and I had not yet seen the doctor. They also made sure to charge me for the appointment before any services were rendered. At 2:55 PM -- nearly an hour after my appointment time -- I informed the front desk I needed to leave to pick up my child at 3:00. Only then did anyone rush to get the doctor. Dr. Evans came in at 2:57 PM, provided no information, answered none of my questions, and concluded the appointment at exactly 3:00. That was a complete waste of my time and money. The office is disorganized, the communication between staff is nonexistent, and there is zero respect for patients' time. You are the paying customer -- and they will make you wait an hour without acknowledgment or apology. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
