Highly recommend this business. Needed a banner made for our youth soccer team. All communication was done via email and only came in to pick up the banner. The owner was super nice and responded quickly to my emails. Very happy with the final product. read more

Update #2: 5/20/19 - barely getting around to wearing the hoodies he refused to fix for us. The 2XL has short sleeves and is about the same size in length as the XL but tag size says XXL. Also, my husband washed his hoodie, put it in the dryer like every other hoodie we own, and it shrunk. :/ Update: 4/10/19 -A continuation to the issue of wrong items w Ed at San Diego Premiere Designs, Bancroft Dr, Spring Valley, CA He told the team mom yesterday he would fix our shirts. Every other parent said no they were fine w the wrong logo. I said I wasnt so she asked me to bring my items into Premiere Design. As soon as Ed saw it was me he refused to correct my items bc he saw my Yelp post this morning. I told him I'd redact my post if he corrects my items. he told me he didnt care for my business. And i recorded him saying he'll fix any other team members items but not mine. But can't post vid here. I'll share that on FB.... You'd be a fool to give this guy business. Just got off the phone w the owner Ed. He doesn't care about good quality service and why should he after he's already rec'd our $$. He also doesnt know the difference between collegiate and professional teams. He created a mock up of our team shirts. We are Auburn Tigers. Clearly made visible by the team logo submitted to him. We, the parerec'd our order forms in black and white. No visible issue from what the parents can see when we ordered. Rec'd our items w the wrong team logo on the back. He says he was told our team was the Tigers. So he took it upon himself to add the Detroit Tigers logo to the back. Whatever communication took place between him and the team mom is not the issue when a AUBURN TIGER logo is what was submitted to him. But I do know he didnt bring the attn of the Detroit Tiger logo to the team moms attn when she agreed to the design. She discussed that with us. Ed will not correct the order either. Review to follow. My wife is so frustrated with this place, but she has a good heart and told me I should not be mean and post something negative. It's extremely difficult, because she is so upset with her overall experience, but I will obey her wishes and keep myself from discussing all the issues she has had with this place. San Diego Premier Graphics has been nothing shy of Amazing! They have the best turn around time in San Diego. I love the options he has. If there has ever been an issue he is more then willing to fix it. Ed has done all of our team banners, fan gear, board shirts, All-Star jerseys and our school tshirts and sweatshirt. His prices cant be beat. The customer service we receive is just an added bonus. Someone else bellow was mad that he wouldnt do 2 shirts. This is the worst place to order your gear from. The owner is extremely rude, has been late on multiple orders for multiple organizations I've ordered for and doesn't answer emails or calls in a timely manor. We used his business for our school but had to switch because of the way he ran his business. I really don't understand all the bad reviews. Ed is such a friendly guy to work with, and does great work. Our mock up took less than 24 hours to get back, and once I put the order in, he had it done within a week!! We had 13 practice shirts, in addition to fan gear which included several hoodies, T's and tanks. There were no mistakes, and came out exactly how we wanted. He was always quick to respond when I had a question. I can only imagine people are leaving bad reviews to be selfish, so they can keep this business for themselves! read more

So this is a new year, new team, new kid playing football. Had I known what company we were ordering from I would have advised against it. Once again we were told several different dates our order would be done and it was not. Took my money and messed up our team order where my son did not receive his spirit pack like most of his teammates. We also ordered custom bags and after several false completion dates he eventually told our team mom the bags would be dicounted... then free. Now 9/13 has passed where he said he would stay late and get them done. Now no word from him regarding my missing items or our teams refund for the bags. Hes had our money for weeks without producing product . I'd be inclined to sue for my money plus interest at this point. It really is the kids who suffer because the items were for them. I've heard owner ED is a nice guy but horrible business owner and incapable of keeping his word to customers. Please reach out to the Los Toros 8u. If you have a deadline on a particular project...you might want to do your research on this place. After 2 years going here getting shirts done for my sons little league, I will never go here again. I was over promised and SD Premier Graphics never delivered. Few days turned out to be a few weeks to get shirts done? really? If you can't handle the job don't take it. But you had no problem accepting payment. We have a few games left and the seasons over. Thanks alot! Please stop making excuses. The parents of all the youth kids and or organizations you work with do not deserve to get the run arounds about why there shirts are not done. Your backed up because of all the work you have to finish but yet you leave right at 4 closing time. It's funny how I got a return phone call voicemail saying my shirts are done and ready for pick up but yet you will be away from the office for a couple hours but will be back by noon. !!!!!!!!!!Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!! They do not respond to emails in any sort of a timely manner. Phone never seemed to work when I tried to call them. While they did seem to be a little faster at printing my items than responding to my emails more than a few items had ink smudges on them. While Ryan R. was able to only order 2 shirt for a trip and received "fast friendly service" from Edward. I was told that no matter what it was going to be a minimum of 12 items. My only thought is that the 5 start ratings that they have received have been from friends who they asked trying to save their overall rating due to all the 1 star rating that they have received. Much like another reviewer said, San Diego Premier Graphics is quick to accept payment but slow to produce the promised work. What's worse is they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I've used this company many times with no problem. But this year my softball team at Bonita Valley placed an order and paid over $300 and not only do we not have our order but I have left numerous voicemails and sent multiple emails and have gotten NO response. Not only did my team not have our apparel for opening day but after speaking with the other board members there are at least 4 other teams I know of that are having the same problem! We will no longer be ordering from this company and Sign It has offered to help us out and rush a new order of team apparel. Very poor customer service. They rarely answer the phone or emails. After I was finally able to reach someone and confirm our order was ready, I drove all the way to their shop only to be I formed they messed up our order and the items would take another week. Our order was full of errors, including incorrect names/numbers on team banners and missing names on shirts. I have had to drive out there over 4 times and they still haven't gotten our order right! This guy is a damn joke!!! I run a local little league and purchased gear for my daughters team. First of all he takes forever. Then when we got the items I noticed that there was an order missing and that my hoodie had what I thought was brown paint on the pocket. Well I called him to advise this and he said no it's not my mistake. And bring the hoodie back so I can "clean it" ummm horrible customer service. What happened to "I apologize. Can I print you a new one?" Well turns out that brown paint was actually a burn and now the hoodie has a huge hole in it. He wanted to charge me a new set up fee to print the missing order. And then had the nerve to be a bitch about the fact that I cancelled my 2 other orders with him. Who in their right mind would get more stuff from someone like this? Needless to say we have found a new vendor who makes it right when they mess up and is wayyyyy faster. Don't use SDPG. Use Mendi5 sports apparel. Way better service. Faster and the same price. Really, really poor customer service. Nice people, but super terrible follow-up. They messed up on the order and, after 3 e-mails with no response and a phone call, they acknowledged their mistake and agreed to fix the order. That was over a month ago and I still have not received the corrected items (even after multiple e-mails with no response and phone calls with assurance that they would mail me the corrected items).
