I know what I need; dual monitors, a way to take my work with me at a moment's notice, the ability to sit or stand while I work, and a method to move one of my monitors enough so that it can still be used while making space for reading a book from a desk easel. I was looking for a 100% USA made product for this need, yet it was near impossible to find something. Finally, I found Mount-It on Amazon.com but all of their products were out of stock. I figured it would be easier to look them up and purchase directly from the manufacturer hence weeding out the middle man. Mount-It hails out of Poway, CA, and has been in the business for 14 years. They stand behind 500 different types of mounting products which include computer monitor and TV mounts, wall brackets, projector mounts, and ergo office solutions. Mount-It products are used by institutions such as government facilities, hospitals, schools, and other commercial environments. Mount-It has also been featured in the top 1500 on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list for 2015-2019. In addition to this, Mount-It is recognized as one of San Diego's top 30 fastest-growing private companies from 2014-2019. I figured I hit the jackpot and would take the chance of ordering directly from the website. Setting up an account, placing an order, confirming an order, tracking, and delivery was smooth as butter. The item I ordered was an Interactive Counterbalance Flat Screen Desk or Laptop Mount (MI-6352LTMN) ($64.19 with tax, free shipping). I placed my order on the night of 5-10-20 and received it the morning of 5-15-20. I felt this was an exceptional arrival time, especially since the shipping was free. Upon opening my package, I noticed some of the plastic pieces stated "made in China" Ugh! So much for 100% made in the USA! Additionally, after laying out all of the package components, I realized the package did not include the table mounting C-clap required to attach the unit to my desk. The C-clamp (Part B and Part C) is necessary for installation otherwise the user is required to drill a large hole into the surface to mount the unit with the alternate base. Shortly after my discovery, I tried to phone the company to no avail, then followed up by e-mailing Mount-It directly and finally reaching out to tech support via chatbox. The entire process was a PITA! I left multiple voice mails and never received a return call. Tech support stated they were sending out the parts, but I never received them or a confirmation that they were being sent (tracking number). After sending 5 detailed e-mails with photos, order numbers, and other pertinent information to establish a ticket, I finally received a UPS package update (on 6-3-20) stating a package was arriving on 6-4-20. Thankfully, it was the correct mounting clamp, however, I had given up on the part ever showing up. While I was waiting, I fabricated an alternate method to mount the unit; using wood lying around the house and two small factory pre-drilled holes in my desk originally used to mount a riser platform. I contacted the company today (8-18-20) by phone and was able to speak with a lovely representative who was very personable, friendly, and helpful. She explained to me that Covid-19 was a big factor in why I was unable to communicate with a live person and apologized for my experience. Using this device as a Laptop Mount has saved my neck, back, and knees! I am more productive in my work and cannot believe that I have been able to function for the last two years of my life without it. I move the interactive arm several times per session and I have used this device every day since it has arrived. Mount-It provides a 1-year warranty on defects in material or workmanship and so far, I have been very happy with the product. I recommend this product, however; it might be best to call the company ahead of time to verify the office is in operation. With the ongoing pandemic, cover all of your bases to get the best possible customer service when placing an order.

I bought a mount but it did not hold up my monitors even though it fit the weight limit. It also…read moredoesn't fit three 32" inch monitors as advertised. Customer service is not great. I spent hours on the phone and through emails talking to customer service and they were no help. They had also taken my negative review down on their website.

Tony and Pan were by today to do some minor adjustments to what now would be considered a vintage copier. I have two copiers and recently referred them to a non-profit organization I am involved with, that got a new copier, which they are also very satisfied with. Their pricing was also far better than the competition!

This review is for a lease, do not do it! We have been working with Advanced Office for 5 years now…read moreon the lease is about to expire. They cost way more per print than many other companies, overages are outrageous. If you do not cancel 3 months in advanced your lease will auto renew for a whole year, and cost thousands of dollars to cancel. There is an early termination fee on top of that. They have fees on fees so you are never paying what you think. They charge late fees even when you are not late. They don't care about the customer. They don't return phone calls unless they need something, we even tried to get a better printer in order to print on bigger paper and they refused. They are not accommodating, predatory and have lost their humanity. Jean-Louis Montealegre or Bill Steinecke wont return phone calls. Go with a different company. Where you don't have to notify them 90 days in advance and their are not hidden fees.

I did not do a whole lot of research on office furnishings prior and needed to get this done fast. Overall my experience was good, however getting the furnishings delivered was a bit disorganized . I had to call in a couple times to get the date figured out and it came down VERY close to the wire for me since I was vacating the old office and moving into the new one and needed furniture to avoid disruption in my business . Their moving truck was also broken for about a week or so (understandable) and deliveries were slowed as a result. That was a red flag to me since many customers were at the mercy of just one delivery truck .. I questioned as to why there was not a rental truck or Penske or Uhaul loaner they could have had to avoid being back logged. Being that delivering furniture appeared to be a significant part of their business. I know trucks at uhaul are fairly easy to get as I have rented several on moments notice many times In the end the truck was fixed and we were able to finally get the furnishings delivered. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. I leave very candid feedback so perhaps this last small criticism leaves me open to rebuttal, but I was a little surprised that delivery charges were added when you spend thousands of dollars on furnishings? I understand costs need to be covered but I thought that the amount extra was a bit steep to pay on top of everything else I just purchased.
