I had a really good experience here! Diego was the employee who assisted us and he was super friendly and not pushy. I didn't get the "sales-pitch" from him, which is the reason why we decided to buy most of our office furniture through them. Service was prompt, delivery was scheduled a few days out and we had no issues with quality. Highly recommend as they have a lot of items and variety. read more

Ordered a custom cubicle office door and waited almost 2 months for it to come in. Once it was finally delivered and installed the door was the wrong size with a 4 1/2 inch gap. I've emailed the two sales representatives twice with no response. Door was not cheap and now it doesn't even serve the purpose for which it was installed. 2 star review due to cost of door was high, long lead time, poor communication, and improper door fit. Door quality is nice if it actually fit the space it was intended for. read more

Found a nice used desk here and had it delivered to my new office. Good prices and smooth delivery with no damages. 4 stars because they charged me extra for delivery to my office on the second floor with no elevator and had to wait 2 weeks to get it delivered. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. DJ made sure I was well taken care of. He asked questions to see what I was after, wasn't annoyingly bugging me when I wanted to browse, great personality. As for the warehouse - has a great selection for any size business. I just needed things for my home office but they had enough items in for any sized business. Very high quality items. Some are a bit pricy but most of the items are priced reasonably. I got a used packing table that was worth well over the new price + a nice executive chair. read more

This is hands down the best source for office furniture! They have a great selection and good prices. There are many office furniture shops in the area and I was a former customer at another shop just down the road, but Shore is my new spot! The customer service is top notch! We walked in, let them know what we were looking for, and DJ took us around and showed us several options, and then he just let us browse. There was no pressure, no hovering, just genuine quality service. The guys that loaded our furniture were polite and efficient. An extra bonus about this place--it is a family owned shop. If you need office furniture and you are on a budget, this the place to go. read more

The three gentlemen who delivered my company's desks and chairs did an excellent job of moving the items with care and installing the individual pieces with in a timely manner. Followed up by cleaning each of the desks. All three followed Covid requirements by wearing masks throughout. Great job! read more

I have a Nightingale CXO executive chair that is amazing, but after being in use for several years the pneumatic lift which locks the chair in place vertically no longer worked. And the left side arm rest no longer locked into place. Nightingale directed me to a local company who could help, and that is how I found Shore total Office. Dan and the rest of the staff I worked with were amazingly helpful! Very gracious! And took care of everything for me. They ordered and replaced the required parts for just a few dollars more than if I had ordered just the parts myself from the company. ** AND ** the icing on the cake. When they were working on the chair they noticed a crack on one of the legs that holds the caster. Since we didn't have any problems with the wheel in the past I figured we'd just be careful until it was time replace the base, but the staff there said they had a spare base that they would replace it with FOR FREE. Shore Total Office definitely understands what customer service means; they went above and beyond to help me. Go see them!!! I will definitely be back. read more

We operate a property management business in Chula Vista and needed to furnish our new office with EVERYTHING from a conference table and chairs to reception area to workstations and executive offices. I cannot say enough about Amy Hawkins! I sent her a (very) rough drawing of the space and she made great suggestions for colors and furniture style. She was always very quick to respond to emails with answers to all of my questions. The delivery and installation went smoothly, and we are thrilled with the way our new office looks. Thank you Shore Office! read more

I don't usually get excited about going to a store, but this place is special. I'm tired of cheap Ikea furniture, I can't stand average American ugly furniture, and can't afford the high-end stuff. Shore Office has an excellent approach: they buy up office furniture in bulk from companies who spend a lot on their furniture in the first place. This is almost always high-quality, sturdy, tasteful and comfortable. It's in the companies interest to do this. So used furniture of this kind has nothing to do with the hit-or-miss used stuff you get from smaller stores. Shore is enormous, quite, friendly. I guess they mostly ship their business. I lounged around for an hour and tried 100 chairs. All good. I'm never buying office furniture anywhere else. Fast and easy. Convenient parking, quick transaction. Terrific. read more

I worked in the office furniture and equipment business in the '80's and '90's for one of their competitors (A-1 office furn) for almost a decade. At that time the Shore family (Greg and Eldon) ran an auction liquidation house, I believe in the same building they are in now. It was well known in the local industry that they had inside lines on the best quality surplus furniture and machines from local and Los Angeles corporations as they grew, then shrank, and shedded their excess assets. Other retailers actually bought a lot of their used inventory at Shore's auctions, and I attended a few and Greg's knowledge of the variety of items he sold is amazing- he's a maniac, and in a good way. Seeing they have settled into the less hectic full time retail end of it is appealing- you can bet if you're looking for high end furniture or more utility but name brand items their inventory will be the first you want to see. The Shore family has been in this business since air- and possess old fashioned integrity and a hard work ethic you'll admire. You can't go wrong. read more

I don't normally give out 5 star reviews, but if I could give 6 stars for this company I would. I own and operate a mortgage company, and about 5 years ago I shopped and shopped for office furniture to redo 3-4 offices in my suite. My office is on Miramar Road, and if you know anything about Miramar Road, it is the Mecca of furniture. I ended up at Shore and ran into Mark. He made the purchase a snap and my offices have been looking great ever sense. I am currently re-doing a new office for my top producer and I want it to look amazing, so I wasted no time in going to Shore. I walked in and who do I see....yep, Mark. Mark is one the most pleasant, knowledge sales people I have ever met. He understood what I was trying to do and he found me (and more importantly my #1 guy Travis) the PERFECT desk in minutes. He knocked off a little money on the delivery and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Now for the delivery.....Berry and Manny showed up 1 day later-right on time. These two guys should be doing Standup Comedy. They had my whole office cracking up. They were hilarious, clean, neat and FAST. They not only delivered the desk and all the items I bought from Mark, but they moved 2 other desks around the office for me. They noticed that I had several boxes stacked by my front door headed to my storage unit, and the offered to take them to storage for me....say what!? When I realized they were NOT joking, I had to stop them. I just couldn't let them do that. Bottom line, if you are looking for office furniture of any kind, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go straight to Shore Office Furniture first. Trust me, you will just save your precious time and money right from the start. Patrick Cain Owner Morgan Home Loan Funding Corp. (858) 693-1854 read more

So I've been looking for a good chair for my computer for a little bit. Went to IKEA and tried the Markus something just seemed off. I've specifically been looking for the steelcase leap and they had it for 299, which is already a great price. They had 30 percent today though. Don't bother getting computer chairs at other stores just come to used furniture stores. read more

Better than I expected. It was my first visit and the weather was 95 degrees outside and I was greeted with a cold bottle of water, really who does that!? They have really nice used office furniture and also new if you don't like that small scratch... The prices are very reasonable for someone who wants a quality desk/chair for their home office or even bedroom. I didn't get bothered like at Best Buy every single minute, just walk around and find whatever you like! At the end I left with I was looking for, a desk for my bedroom and a nice quality chair that I would never buy at full retail price. Go and visit them, there's a lot of options. read more

Have had a fantastic experience working with Djana at Shore Office Warehouse! We were originally trying to work with BKM but they could never give us the time we needed. Popped into Shore and thank goodness we did. Djana spent an entire day with me designing out our 3 offices, reception and conference areas. She was thoughtful and thorough with options and suggestions. Amazing customer service! All of the furniture fit the space, coordinated and created ample storage for our employees. She called to make sure items were in stock and delivery was quick and efficient. Fabulous communication and follow through. The entire team at Shore including their delivery team and Tiffany in the front office are pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and professional. read more

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty! We were in the process of remodeling our home office for our small home-based business. I had been looking for a desk for months and there just wasn't anything I liked but when I went into their warehouse, they had so many options. I found EXACTLY what I wanted, a used desk with a return, made of real wood and not just laminate. It was too large for my office so they were able to cut it down for a reasonable charge. Also, they were able to hold our furniture at no extra charge for several weeks until after the painting was done and the carpet installed. They even delivered the furniture. I will absolutely go back there again and will recommend them to anybody who is looking for new and gently used office furniture! read more

We love Shore! They are affordable, reliable and have stellar customer service.

We have used Shore Total Office for years to buy our office and pharmacy furniture and we have always been happy with their products and service. We recently got cubicles installed to match our already existing cubicles and Mark walked me through the whole process to make sure we got the best product and look! They delivered and installed the cubicles on time and the installers were very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Shore Total Office to any facility that is looking for the best furniture or cubicle at a great price! read more

I was moving into a new office and was looking for an L-shaped desk in nice wood, some chairs, a file cabinet and a bookcase. Shore Office Furniture has a HUGE selection of used furniture (and also new office furniture if you cannot find something you like in the used section). I was met and assisted by Chris Sanchez who was took me around and helped me find everything I needed! I found a beautiful cherry wood desk for only $499 (which was at least $1,500 less than the new ones I had looked at!) and also a bookcase that matched as well as some chairs and a file cabinet! The furniture was all delivered yesterday and the delivery guys were great as far as moving the furniture to where I wanted it, even cleaning and polishing the desk and bookcase before they left. We needed a good solid armchair for use with a small exercise pedal device. None of the local office supply stores had much floor inventory for what is referred to as a "guest chair", so we could not be sure the chair would fulfill our needs. When I broadened my online search to include used office furniture, Shore Office Warehouse popped up. A website visit showed many different choices were available to try. When I called to confirm what the website displayed, the person I spoke with mentioned that not all of their inventory appears on the website. We visited the store and were helped right away by Tiffany. We quickly narrowed our choices and found a comfortable chair at a reasonable price. There were two of them and we decided to purchase both as occasional chairs for use in our living area. Loading dock personnel helped put the purchases in our car. We are very satisfied with all aspects of our Shore Office Warehouse experience. I will visit again when we need additional furniture items. read more
