Harmony happened to have one on hand that had been used only briefly; the price would be VERY good; and they could install it the same week. A no-brainer level decision. The stair lift was installed promptly and well. It's been functioning flawlessly. The people we interacted with at Harmony have been responsive and helpful. I only had one day left of vacation so didn't want to pay a full week's cost plus delivery fee. Eric understood and just said I could have crutches for the last day of vacation if I could pick them up. I got a Lyft driver to do so, and otherwise got to use the crutches for free. Eric did this without any likely benefit for himself. There is essentially zero percent chance of me being a repeat customer. He didn't ask me to write a review in exchange for the free rental. Then, when I came to store the next day via Lyft, he asked where I was headed, and I explained I was going straight to the airport. He just gave me the crutches...and saved me a lot of inconvenience and discomfort in the airport, where I was wheeled to the gate but would have had a MUCH harder time, say, going to bathroom or getting to my seat on the plane without crutches. In a time of monopolistic big companies taking money out of communities, we need more businesses owners like Eric to stick around.

I would not recommend it for knee braces, as I could've gone to cvs or Walmart for those sizes.

I purchased an accessible vehicle from MobilityWorks and have had a very disappointing experience…read more The vehicle has multiple ongoing issues -- including problems with the ramp -- yet only one was even considered for repair, and I was told it was "not duplicating." I provided videos and photos of the problems, but instead of fixing them, I was referred out to warranty companies and other repair shops. Even worse, MobilityWorks staff seemed confused about the actual warranty, unable to even provide the correct name. After I expressed my concerns, I received multiple calls asking about my "satisfaction rating," but no real action was taken to resolve the issues. As a wheelchair user, reliability and safety are critical, and I expected much better from a company that claims to serve people with mobility needs. At this point, I cannot recommend MobilityWorks -- buyers should be cautious and demand accountability before purchasing.
