The food is amazing. It's far from home but I'll be back best soup and tacos I've had in a while and I eat tacos at least once a week. Love that they an assortment of Mexican candy too. A

Super surprise but happy to discover a legit Mexican spot in the neighborhood. Passing by one day when I read the board outside with a menu of Mexican food. Outside the store looks like a grocery store. The grocery store sells a lot of spices, food, and household product that have been imported from Mexico. Once you walk to the middle you find yourself at a lil restaurant where they make delicious Mexican food. We try the steak tostada, pork tacos and cheese flautas. All the food was delicious, my favorite was the steak tostada, the work tacos and the rice and beans. Everything was super flavorful. We also tried the cucumber lemonade, soooo good. They change up there drinks but they always have horchata and hibiscus and everything is homemade. Will definitely be coming back.

Decided to try this place out and wasn't impressed. Torta barely had any filling, only in the middle did it have meat that you can taste, on sides it was barely noticeable. Meat wasn't seasoned or anything, slice of cheese very thinly sliced as well as the tomatoes very thin. No actual avocado, just a watery guacamole type of thing. Burrito I bought also wasn't very flavorful. They didn't provide me with any type of hot sauce to go, I ended up using my own at home which made the food a bit better. Not horrible but wouldn't order here again.

Legit Mexican food in a hidden spot. Nothing fancy and hits it home if you looking for some good authentic tacos and burritos.

“My favorites are the taco Al pastor, any kind of torta because it is hugee and the horchata is delicious and super flavorful, not watered down like a lot of other places.”

3.5 stars I came to…read moreFarmer in the Deli cause of the hype it has on social media for thier viral chopped sandwhiches. I arrived and of course thier was a line. I waited for about 45 minutes, while waiting I picked up my chips and a white peach ginger ale. I also talked to the girl in front and she explained that you can get your sandwhich on a hero or roll. I ordered a chopped honey turkey with onions, pickles, lettuce and mayo. The guy who made my sandwich was soo friendly and patient. I just put my trust in him to hook it up lol. He also asked if I wanted to add the chips and I did. Overall my sandwhich was better the next day after it firmed up. The flavor was good but the texture was soft, mushy and just not what I want in a turkey sandwhich. It ran me about 12.00 and it was worth the experience.

The original name was called laurose and tuna salad chopping has been happening for over four decades. My fort green family really know what it is. My cousin and I stopped by yesterday and picked up a couple of heroes. I had to get my beef salami and 3 pepper colby jack cheese, extra mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, on a whole wheat hero (10.99) . Much love to a family staple for years. Definitely a place for you to pick up a sandwich that won't break the bank.
