He fixed the shower and replaced our 40 year old toilet with a modern water efficient Toto for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, professional, respectful and did a great job. We are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely call him again with any more plumbing problems.

I reached out Brent and he stayed in great contact about when he could come out. When he did arrive, he did a quick check and let me know what was needed and how much it would cost - he was very transparent and did not try to upsell me on anything, or get me to do anything else that wasn't really needed. Seth was prompt in responding to my email and as it turns out he actually lives close by. He made an appointment and the day he showed up here was on time, friendly and super helpful. He immediately figured out where the leak had come from and got our busted pipe replaced. I had heard horror stories about plumbers that destroy dry wall dealing with replacing pipe fixtures but Seth simply cut his square out and even suggested that we place a vent cover over it so we can encourage better air flow to the pipe. At the end of the day hiss pricing was much lower than we anticipated as well. We will 100% use him every time!

I had a very bad experience working with these guys. This cost my small business $8,000 in parts and repairs plus several customer refunds. They took zero responsibility for the problems I experienced. When I questioned one of the owners about their continued misdiagnosis, I was treated very rudely and he fired me as a customer. He even threatened legal action if I didn't pay the full amount by the end of the week. All this after having worked with them for 3 years. Extremely high labor rates and over-inflated part pricing markups (I checked), and lots of nitpick charges. They even charge a $75 shipping fee for parts they have in inventory in their own warehouse, which is in the same small building as the shop and office. When I asked about that charge I was told "Well, we had to pay to have the part shipped here when we bought it." What? The people who work in the office and one of the field techs were nice and often helpful, but that is the only good thing I can think of to say. The owners of DNI Heating do not give a crap about their customer. You will be nothing more than a transaction to them.

I like that they track and document every service provided with photographs and that if they can send the same technician each time, they do so that person has a good memory of your situation with your home. They have always been prompt at returning calls and helping me figure out what I need. Even if their prices might be a wee bit high here and there, the peace of mind to know that we are being taken care of is worth it to me. I like knowing they have our house history, they have established a relationship with me over the years and I know that when they offer me options its not to just get all they can - there is a purposeful reason. If you are in a situation where you need an airtight service with a tracked repair history that you can look up in images etc, then this is a great place to call for assistance.

Steve-N-Tyler rocked the work. There were some issues behind the wall, which they did their best to ameliorate. We'll have to follow up with a contractor for that work, but the plumbing work seems well-done.

While the on-demand water heater was selected by the architect and builder, Streamline's master…read moreplumber (who was ultimately terminated) was responsible for installation and making sure the system actually worked. That didn't happen. The unit installed (rated at 2.2 GPM) can't handle normal, simultaneous use. A 1.75 GPM shower works fine on its own, but the moment you turn on a second fixture--like the sink faucet--the temperature in both drops by 10+ degrees within seconds. This should have been caught during basic testing. (2. The same plumber also left issues with the shower not draining properly.) Streamline's newly hired master plumber weeks later came out to address some of these issues, tested the system, and confirmed that the water heater is undersized for the application. Despite identifying the issue, I have not received any follow-up or assistance from him either. A licensed electrical engineer confirmed that the electrical panel can handle a larger-capacity unit. Streamline/Brian the owner knows this. I've been trying to reach Streamline for several weeks to coordinate a properly sized replacement--something I've already offered to pay the difference--but have not received a response. Interestingly, when my husband called, the call was returned the same day. We were supposed to have heard back after they connected with the Rheem rep but they've they gone cold. As have we. 3. Separately, the shower arm and head were installed too low, and the fixture started pulling away from the wall shortly after installation, reportedly because "something fell inside the wall." This was fixed after I sent a photo of the falling fixture. At this point, I would appreciate a direct response so we can resolve this and move forward. 4. Lastly, they also charged close to $500 to unclog a toilet with a snake.

We scheduled the work, they came and did it at the price quoted, and were super friendly. Presto, problem sorted. After a couple of poor experiences in the past with other Fly by Night plumbers who were Nobody's Hero, it was nice to have it done quickly with a professional crew. I've used Aggie Plumbing three times now, and I can't put in to words the level of service I have…read morereceived. First, I had a pipe that needed to be repaired after we moved into our new home. Aggie came out, told me what they were going to do, how much it was going to cost, and did the job. Second, I got a spoon stuck in my garbage disposal. Something that I probably could have taken a couple hours and fixed, but unfortunately, I don't have the time to do it. Aggie came out, took off the disposal, and removed the spoon without having to replace the entire disposal. Lastly, I installed new sinks in my home, and some of the pipes were not long enough to connect with the sink drains.
