During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. Matt also used fiberglass rebar which my husband and I really liked. Absolutely excellent job. We highly recommend Matt and his crew. We will definitely use him again for our driveway

Right from the start, their professionalism made them stand out. Antonio , the GC and his project manager, Humberto, were a real pleasure to work with. They listened to our vision and provided solid advice on how to make it a reality. Furthermore, they were able to connect us with a very competent team of professionals, from architect to cabinet designer and everything in between. At times, when small hiccups came up, they found a way to solve problems. In several instance, they made suggestions that improved upon our vision. We also felt that the value for their work was fair and their attention to detail was outstanding. We should also mention that the basement they worked on is in our second home, so much of the construction took place while we weren't present.
