Before diagnosing the problem they made sure they could get all the parts first and assured me they could take care of it today. That was a great relief as I had to be at a convention the next morning a couple of hours away. In 30 minutes they called me and said they found the problem. "Big Will" quoted him something…read morelike $4,000 worth of stuff, so my brother told him "hey, I need some time to think about this; that's a lot of money" and went home with nothing done to his truck. A couple days go by and he gives the shop another call to tell them he didn't want any work done. He decided his old truck wasn't worth $4,000 worth of mods. They told him "hey that's cool, we'll just cancel your order." About a month later, my brother checks his bank account after getting notified that a $200 charge just hit his account. So Big Will - the owner, mind you - said to him while he was in the shop "if $4,000 is too much, why don't you fill out this application; it's a soft credit check that will see if you qualify for monthly payments". So my brother filled out the form - not 100% sure what happened after that, but something went wrong. At this point you might be thinking "ah, simple mistake" - that's what my brother first thought. So he called them up, and now all their friendly, helpful personas evaporated and they refused to cancel his order or refund his money. "We already ordered your stuff, so you've gotta pay for it." He refused and made sure to cancel that order with his card. So another month goes by and now the shop is blowing up his phone "we haven't gotten paid" - but they haven't done anything. So after spending quite a bit of time on the phone with the credit line he unwittingly opened, he managed to cancel the order... we still don't know if he's getting refunded the money he's already spent. I normally don't do this sorta thing, but money's been tight for my brother, this has really stressed him out and it's been painful to watch him suffer with this frustration. My takeaway? I refuse to do any business with these people, and I encourage you to avoid them likewise.

Went in with a starter issue…read moreluckily after driving the truck from Orlando back to Gainsville the DAY before, went home went to school got to apartment the next day bam starter went out. Didn't think much of it they "replaced" it in a couple of hours the day after. Go to pick the truck up and the thing won't even start. Im furious as why would you give me a truck with a starter issue that still doesn't start when you give it back. Older guy walks me to my truck "cranks" the truck by stepping on BRAKE AND GAS at the same time presses on button and bam white smoke projecting everywhere. That was never an issue owening my truck as I drive from Granville to Ft. Lauderdale, Melbourne, fort myers, all over Florida literally with no issue. They said it would take about a week to fix, said they would get it in the day after which was a Thursday, didn't start on it till the following Monday. "Oh we have to ship out your headers to make sure they aren't worn" doesn't do it until that following Thursday and then have to wait till Monday to hear again. Mind you this has been two weeks always telling me it'll take a couple more days and pushing the date back. Next thing was, it was supposed to be done the DAY before spring break where I live in Fort Lauderdale 4:30 hours away. Tell me to come in at three, then oh come in at 6. I'm on my way to pick up my truck and get a call, it won't be done till next Monday. Another cherry on top. So guess what had to bus home and waited another TWO weeks for my truck to be done only to get it in a condition that was worse. I have rock light in my wheels and guess what I found out they screwed that up too. I have pictures of before and after, before my lights worked, now none of them do. I have black wires dangling from the bottoms of my truck from them trying to rewire it all which means they screwed that up and lied to me about it. NEVER once told me about the rewire of the truck which obviously contributed to the delay of my trucks return. They were never honest and screwed everything up only for none of it to work. My starter to this day still goes in and out and sometimes doesn't start my truck. Please stay away from this place. Not to mention a year before that, owned a BMW that the front right axel came off. The repaired it quickly only for three days later it to basically come off again and they told me "oh yeah we found a screw that wasn't tightened all the way". This is by far the worst experience I've had at a place and trust me when I say IVE HAD PLENTY. Genuinely lucky I didnt report them to the BBA or anything like that. Please stay away.
