There's no indoor seating, but there are plenty of tables scattered around outside, which makes it a nice place to hang out. The first thing you'll notice is how massive the cookies are. They come in a variety of flavors like chocolate chip, white chocolate mac nut, and s'mores, but the real star of the show (and the reason I keep coming back) is the cookie skillet. I usually go for the keiki size, which is honestly perfect for sharing. The family size is huge! The skillet itself is incredible--warm, gooey cookie with just the right balance of sweetness and a hint of salt. It's topped with a generous scoop of ice cream and your choice of sauce drizzled over the top. My go-to is the brown butter fudge. It does take about 15 minutes to prepare, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Pro tip: order it first, then take a stroll around the marketplace while it bakes. Seeing this little stall within the Hukilau Marketplace, next to Polynesian Cultural Center really reminded me of the time when mixing sodas (at McDs) was fun. I wonder if that was the inspiration! I didn't see those on the menu, but they have many other soda creations--including iced coffee, boba drinks, crafted waters, energy mixed drinks, farm to cup specialty drinks, and frozen drinks. Got a little bit of everything! I like how they incorporate Hawaiian Pidgin to name some of the drinks. It's a test to see who is local lol. "Ho cuz, can I get one da kine holoholo and small kine Broke Da Mouth? Shoooots!" That's four drinks right there. Ordered a Pink Plumeria (lemonade and strawberry, guava with fresh berries).
