He worked with me in order to accommodate my budget. I was very thankful they allowed me to have one bedroom installed at a time. I don't have a garage, or a basement and I wasn't sure where I was going to store my belongings from all 3 bedrooms at one time. Ray just had me call when I was ready for each bedroom. That was such a relief to me. It was a joy to work with Ray and Tony's Floor Coverings. I highly recommend this company. I love my new carpet!

Her enthusiasm about how beautiful my floor could look was contagious. She suggested just polyurethane without stain for the best look, and she was right. She made sure the work crew did the job correctly, visiting the house on the day of the job. I'm sure she does these jobs all the time, but for me, it was a big event, so I appreciated that my satisfaction was clearly important to her. I…read morevisited the store twice looking for information on Hunter Douglas Blinds and was greeted and helped politely on the first visit. My second visit was THE LAST. I openly informed the employee helping me that I would be purchasing my window blinds from a family member in Chicago but needed to look at the color selections from their HD book. ( I'm building a new home and could potentially have purchased all flooring and tile from THEM). My second visit the following day I took my family member visiting from Chicago with me ( she didn't have her HD sample book with her on her visit). The employee directed us to the sample books and was polite and left the store leaving only Mr. Spangler at the store with us. When I walked to the front of the store to ask him a technical question, he refused to answer or help me stating "Why would I help you when you've made it clear you aren't going to buy from me?" He got visibly upset that we were in his store and looking at his samples and accused my family member of being incompetent if she couldn't answer my question! After my astonished reaction to his rudeness and mean attitude, he physically approached the blind sample books and asked us to leave his store!!! I reminded him of other product sales I could purchase from him but now would go out of my way to discourage others from doing business with him. He proceeded to GIVE ME THE FINGER as we left telling him what a mistake he had made! Mr. Spangler is too old to understand how business works and should leave and let his employees run the business! I have never been treated so bad in my 38 year professional career.

He measured the carpet wrong, had the installers come on the wrong date, and would NEVER communicate. I never received any paperwork i.e., receipts, warranty's, etc.. I can understand mistakes, but not communicating and trying to make things as right as possible as quickly as possible is not acceptable in this day and age. The installers did a great job...

He was quick to hone in on our price point and we were given a quote on the spot. He ordered the carpet and worked around our schedule to get the installers to remove and install the carpet. It was a very easy process and looks great. I would say it's not a bargain (only slightly less than the competition) but looks fabulous and was a very easy process. You get what you pay for and I think we got a great looking carpet at a fair price with minimal hassle.

Rick came out within half an hour. He was very friendly, but more importantly was honest. He advised me that my floors were in good condition and to simply buff the floors. HONESTY is greatly appreciated.
