I verified that they had it via a telephone call, yet they said they were unable to hold it for me When I arrived I received a run around about insurance. I called insurance as instructed and was told there was no issue. Insurance lad was very kind and helpful, she even called the pharmacy on the number provided when I was inside. They never answered. She told me all was ok. They only needed to type a label for a box - no pill counting etc. it was still a 90 minute wait. I would go far out of my way before returning here with my business. Neither of them would fit in a shopping cart. This gentleman went way out of his way to get the TV from the back of the store and add it to the TV stand in another part of the store on a flat bed, walk it though checkout and all the way to my car, where he loaded it singlehandedly and with a smile. He made our shopping experience pleasant and made our day. Note: Customers don't have access to flatbed dollies and it's always a tossup how to get a big purchase moved.
