We was needing an electric stove. When we got back to appliances, no one would even acknowledge we were there. Associates walked all around us ignoring us. Associate sitting at computer in appliances looked right at my husband when he walked up and looked right back down to what she was doing. We will not beg someone to take our money. We left Home Depot. Went down the road less than a mile to Lafferty's. Got the most amazing customer service a person could ask for. Bought an electric stove from them.. and get this.. even was able to get delivery same day. WOW. Home Depot site stated they wouldn't be able to deliver until 9 24. While we was wrapping up our transaction with Lafferty's, I even sat in their massage chair and got an amazing massage. SO because no one at Home Depot wanted our business today in just a few weeks we do need a dishwasher and a couple more appliances, I will be going back to Lafferty's because they were amazing with customer service and price.

I do not know why I did not just end the call immediately but I thought there must be some store manager that can help me. So I asked a third time for the manager's name and Vino hung up the phone. I called back a second time and someone different answered the phone so I asked for the name of the store manager. They call was then picked up by, you guessed it, Vino. I asked again the name of the store manager and Vino stated that he was the owner of the store. I told him he was rude and that I could never believe that a store owner would treat a customer like this. Vino called me a "dick" and hung up a second time.
