My 86yo grandmother, who has terrible back problems. came in to pick a few things up and headed to checkout in the morning. There was a group of employees congregating over by the registers and totally ignored her. My grandmother asked if there was anyone available to check her out and the lady rudely said we are on break. She walked over to the greeter and said can anyone help me? Not the place that you go to write your will and sign it. That's Will-Mart. Pretty average small town Walmart in Texarkana which is fairly close to the highway but not right on it. It's kind of in a neighbourhood so it's like a neighbourhood market but a big one. They were friendly enough in here but I have had some problems with this place in the past so I'm not going to give them a great rating. read more

For context I walked to the back of the store to use the restroom which is right next to the employee restroom. With two employees having just finish utilizing the restroom. It smelled horrendous and there was a pair of shit covered underwear next to the toilet in the handicap stall. There was shit smeared all over the wall and toilet paper dispenser. So naturally I report it to the first employee I see coming out of the ladies restroom and it wasn't until I checked out 20 minutes later that I heard anyone calling for the cleanup. That means there was human fecal smeared across the bathroom walls for over half an hour that was originally occupied by employees. Unacceptable. read more

Walmart delivery...3 times in this past month walmart has delivered my online grocery order to the wrong address. The only resolution for this is a refund of the money I spent but that may take up to 10 days. So now there was nothing delivered, no money to get food somewhere else because walmarrt has my money and a refund takes up to 10 days. They won't even issue a store credit. I feel more like a hostage instead of a valued Walmart plus member. I don't have many choices but if you do ship somewhere you actually are appreciated. Very bad company if you're looking to work but have a schedule to work around. they don't care about any of their employees, couldn't even give a dude the day off when he was throwing up. even if you do send them your days you need off and call in hours before they'll give you points if you miss. only one good manager besides that awful management read more

It's a shame this Walmart has so few grocery checkers! The older generation does not use the smart phone or internet for ordering groceries. If they could afford all the technology devices what makes you think they would understand how to use it without making huge mistakes. The Walmart sisters can do better than this, Sam Walmart would not be doing this to the United States. And what is with all the Reserved parking spaces, you already have too many Pick-up spaces as it is. When the manager gets older with arthritis, knee or foot problems , or hip and back you will understand the need for closer spaces not more wheelchair spaces........and God forbid if you ever need a electric cart in the store! Had a very blessed day at Arkansa side Walmart today. My wife and I want to do something for the flood victims in Houston area. Bought soap, toothpaste, diapers, toilet paper, 20 cases of water and so on. When I went to check out, next is where the blessing came in. Several of the ladies working there walked up and asked to help pay to the tune of about $180 dollars. I thank you so much and it's great to see how kind people can be. This "department store" that we have all thought was a wonderful thing, open 24-7, with wonderful prices, has become so much less than our expectations. Like so many things throughout our lives, we as human beings, find comfort in fast, cheap, and good quality. But sometimes to get good quality you have to pay extra. We are so consumed with cell phones, fast food, and super fast internet access. HOWEVER, when you are in a rush, don't go to Wal-Mart, you'll be waiting a while until someone decides to come check you out, considering they have 30 lanes, and 2 cashiers.... They over price some items, so when making a big purchase, price hunt around at other stores before you return to Wal-Mart. Some people are actually friendly, the lady that greets you is always friendly, except for the cashier who is working herself to death without a break due to the fact no other person will come help cashier.
