Sam's Club is an membership only warehouse chain selling a variety of bulk grocery items, electronics and home goods. I got a Groupon for just $20 coupon for one year subscription. Great deal, please check it out, you might find one if interested. Prescheduled Club Pickup orders will still be available for pickup starting at 7 a.m. Members also enjoy exceptional warehouse club values on superior products and services, including groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, office supplies, TVs, and more. Sam's club is a shopper's dream. Everything you can possibly imagine you want is here and at reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. My go to place for my bulk items. This store is well stocked, good deals, fresh meats, produce and decent deals on oversized televisions, but well worth the membership. Milk and eggs are very cheap over here. While you are here check out there food stall. Their pizzas are very inexpensive and tasty. Plenty of free parking in and around the store and good gas prices. If you are in the area please do visit this location.

Visiting my local Sam's Club was quite an adventure that turned into flicker of hope and restoration of humanity! On Sunday 2/16/25, I tried to use a gift card I purchased outside to purchase a gas card for future use. I tried to add to Apple Pay to use but that didn't work either. Inside, it wasn't working at customer service and was told I could use the card at the pump. Arrived at pump and the card went through the motions that it was going to accept it but kept declining. Attendant said I was misadvised from CSR inside. No problem; I left and tried to use the card but it kept declining! The pump held the entire balance of the gift card and as of now it was still a pending transaction (2/19/25 @ 4:35 AM). I called gift card comp and was instructed to contact merchant about releasing funds. Called to the store and spoke with CANDACE. Gave her the backstory and also mentioned the money was still pending and I need the money to do XYZ. She promptly said...."come up to the store. I can give you gas"!!!! The way my shoulders shrunk and my eyes started sweating?!?!. Like an angel was sent by GOD to come see about me!! She gave me her office cell number and told me to call her when I got to the store. I arrived and called. She told me to ask for BRIAN who was also accommodating. With a smile and a wave like shooooo, he told me I was good to go when I asked should I bring the money back when it's released from Sam's pending transactions. Like a big brother taking care of things!! Again- who's cutting onions?!?! I arrived to the pump and met Mr. ARTHUR. In the briskness of the morning air, he helped walk me through the steps how to use the gas card with a smile and almost like in a father type care to reassure me I'll be ok! The card balance was beyond what I expected (35) and was what was needed to get my near E tank to full! Thanks to the low price of the fuel, that also helped a lot too! In this current climate and state of the world, the compassion shown through these 3 Sam employees is unmatched!! Clearly SAM'S did the right thing in bringing these beautiful people on board! Now if I can Sam's to release my money ASAP I'll be good to go!!! It's still pending!! - pics attached Much appreciation. -nic

This is the first negative experience I had with Sam's. Like, we got this chicken for our dog Stella, and when we got it, it was raw in the middle. If we would've gave her this She would've gotten sick. And said fully cooked on the pack More like "fully lied"

Just purchased this spoiled SALMON from Sam's in Morrow, GA.

Just bought this spoiled salmon. It smells awful and could possibly get someone sick or dead. The date says current but not so. I will be contacting The Health department. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This was my Very first time going to this Particular Sam's club over in Morrow,Georgia. I like the fact that I did not have to look very far the all of the items I needed to purchase for my home. This Sam's club location was very clean. That is a plus in my book. For 7am on a Saturday morning I was surprised there were not alot of people there like it usually is on a Saturday morning. Other Sam's locations I have gone to on a Saturday morning have always been Crowded surprisingly not this location,but Overall I had a Grwat experience there on yesterday.

I went in…read moreat 3:30 to wait and a manager asked me if I was waiting I said yes she told me "Wait longer you put pick up for 3:45" I was like that was my plan Then around 3:50 I walked up there to see if my sub was ready and another lady came out around 4 and said "Your going to have to just wait a few more moments" and I was like okay.. So I went over to the fountain drinks and none of them worked. Its now 4:45 an HOU after my pickup time and I'm still waiting. Every shelf was stocked and as always, the good scents were coming from the bakery. There were ample sales going on so this was def a walk every aisle type of trip. LoL. Upon arriving at the checkout, the cashier and bagger were super friendly. The cashier greeted us and rang up our items. She thanked us for visiting and ended the transaction with a big smile. The bagger took time to bag the groceries with care and ensure nothing was squashed. He was very pleasant as well and ended our time with a pleasant "have a great day!" Clean store. Stocked shelves. And, great cashier and bagger service = An absolute WIN! Area of Opportunity: Before getting in the car we realized a few of the items didn't ring up what the sale price presented them as. Not a problem, we headed inside and went to customer service. Upon arriving at customer service, there was one lady ahead of us, however, there was no one behind the service desk... a few moments later, one of the staffers at the front advised the rep would be back shortly. 4 minutes later, another person came behind us, now bringing the line to 3 people. The Customer Service Manager peeked out from behind the door and the front staffer advised her that the rep would be back shortly as she went to the restroom. At this moment, opposed to taking ownership of the line, the CS Manager says ok and goes back to the back. Being a paying customer I was disturbed by this for a few reasons, 1) the lack of service provided by a person in a leadership role, 2) the fact that there is no coverage for an employee to go to the bathroom, 3) the fact that upon finding out that there was no one at the desk there was no acknowledgement of us who were in line. Wow! Though I am taken aback by this experience, I understand that it is not a representation of the entire store. However, this a direct reflection of a training opportunity that needs to be executed by Senior Management.
