We've been with Sam's Club from time they opened in Manchester and I have never been disappointed as I am now! I always told all my family and friends to go to Sam's club for their ground beef, it was the best. I bought 5 1/2 lb. Ground beef Saturday and it's all fat and gristle, the price has gone up and you're selling us swill, wouldn't even feed that to the homeless. I will not renew my membership I will go elsewhere where we get good meats. I took picture of one of the meatballs out of 15 to show what your selling us it's all gristle. But no place for pictures. Pretty standard sams club. Their tire department is super helpful. I love getting their hot dogs in the front of the store but they close that a lot earlier in the day than I would expect. Team members vary from indifferent to super friendly across the property. read more

My wife goes to Sam's club via tire appointment, to get tires installed on a 96 Chevy Express 1500 van. We bought the tires already on Sam's website so they had the tires. One of the technician comes to find my wife & says to her that their floor jack won't fit under the van.WHAT?? This is really ridiculous people. Bottom of bumper & cowling is 10" off ground. The running boards are 8" from ground. I have a Napa heavy duty 3.5 ton floor jack, that measures 4.5" tall at home & jack it up many times. This is just unreal. Never buy tires here again. We purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance Max Life P255/45/19 tires ( Last Sunday of October) with Bruce from the Concord Nh store. We were offered the Sam's card ( which we easily got AND we "upgraded" to a PLUS status) Paid Tires came in got our extra 60.00 off and another 30.00 ( for upgrading our membership. NOW HERE is my TOTAL Disust with a Tech named " Charlie, Eric, and a couple others who were there ( we were scheduled for 1:00PM Sunday Nov 6, 2025. Backed the car in, and my wife and I got out, went into the store to shop while tires were being installed. 20 Minutes later, Eric calls me to say "We have a problem" why I ask. " Your lug nuts are swollen and we're unable to do the job" I come to the tire center asking "why" Charlie comes out, telling me his 19mm .(748 inch) socket won't fit the nuts ( I have a car 15 years old, used a 3/4 (.750 inch) 2 THOUSANTHS DIFFERENCE !!!! IF you're gonna work in a Automotive environment, you HAVE Metric AND SAE Tools !! BTW I worked for 35 YEARS as a Machinist so I know what .002 difference is and it's nothing. He told me a 19.5mm ( which is .7677 in ( WAY BIGGER than 3/4 inch and it would ROUND OFF my lug nuts) . .socket to take the nuts off as recent as 2 weeks ago for a brake job. ANYWAY, I'm Pissed off to think they were insulting my intelligence BUT they wanter to sell me NEW lug nuts ar 2.50 each ( which adds up to about 50.00 BUCKS MORE than what I was paying ( sounds like the VIP Auto/ Dealership BS they throw at you to spring to it. It got so heated, that Eric ran over to his Manager ( Bob) who told me he was NOT going to do the job and to get a refund. ( NICE way to treat a customer )We got our refund, went to TownFair Tire in Manchester NH and got tires for about 20.00 more and a better tire. THANKS SAM'S CLUB, we WILL be canceling our membership and the recent Credit car you sold us. Not Costco. My rating has dropped from a 3.5 to a 1 based on a TV purchase. In a few words - Don't buy a TV here. I purchased a 75 inch TV only to learn after the purchase that Sam's Club does not deliver that size TV and does not install that size TV. That was the best part of my shopping experience. If I could give Sam's club negative stars I would. I have been going there for years for tire rotations and to get new tires put on my vehicles, but this last time I brought in my new Volvo. Has less than 30k miles on it. The car is always in immaculate condition. I bring it in to get new tires put on and when I go to pick up the car, all 4 rims are chipped, scratched and dented. One rim is even broken and they tried to blame it on me saying it was "curb rash". The guys in the garage wouldn't help and pretty much shrugged it off like it was no big deal. We went to the store manager to pull camera footage and we were refused. Tried to claim it on Sam's club insurance and they refused as well. If you care about your car or anything nice. STAY AWAY. Guess it's back to long lines at the Sam's Concord, NH gas pumps. They shortened the gas hoses so that you can no longer use either lane to pump gas. Now you have to watch empty gas pump spots and sit in a long line because the hoses will no long reach across your car. It was nice while it lasted. read more

Even though the location is off of the 393, this store was extremely clean and efficient. The employees were friendly and reminded me of all the other Sam's Clubs. The food court which sells their typical hot dogs, pizza and funnel cakes is located inside the warehouse which requires showing your membership card. The great thing they had was a loaded area when the weather is unpredictable. They also have a gas station which usually has lower priced gas in town. read more

Chaotic. Despite a massive parking lot it's almost always impossible to find a close spot and people line up at the door to get in. Big old person crowd for this store which I am sure is common for most. The tires and the associated warranty are probably the best deal for any tires you can get. The membership fees are reasonable and I think overall this is a great location despite the number of grumpy people that shop here. Still not the most helpful staff depending on who you are taking to but more helpful than BJs or WalMart. read more

Good place to get gas in the Heights area. The gas prices are usually cheaper than the other nearby gas stations. There could be some lines on the weekends, but most of the time in & out. You must have an active Sam's Club membership to fuel up here with 2 grades of gasoline: Regular (87) and Premium (93). No cash accepted here. Only major credit cards, debit cards, & Wal-Mart/Sam's gift cards accepted at the pump. NOTE: I've seen prices fluctuate by a few cents per gallon during the day. I try to get here early since I've witnessed price changes upwards later in the day and during busier times. read more

When a line is full and a store opens a new register, they normally ask for the next person in line. However not the Concord Sam's Club who asked for the last few people in line. We protested but it was ignored and we ended up waiting an additional 14 minutes for the personal conversation at Register 12 to end . Apparently the couple in front of us were buying 2 items, a $698.99 television and $2 loaf of bread. The conversation revolved around the fact they only had $700. Bread or a television? Guess it was a hard decision. Finally up to the register. No hello, no greeting of any kind, just a hand out waiting for a membership card. The only words from cashier was a pitch for a discover card. The DMV in Mass has better customer service! It's a shame because we like the store layout and selection and actually drive an hour to get to this store. read more

Sam's Club is selling awful third party services - Go Configure in particular. I purchased my playground from Sam's Club only because assembly could be purchased along with the playground. They outsource the assembly to an awful third part company called Go Configure which does a terrible job in scheduling. My playground installation started a week ago. After two days of working half days, the guys left and left my lawn unusable. It's now a week later, I am calling every day, still trying to get them to come back and finish the job. The new scan app is the way to go, no lines no waiting for those of you who like to complain about waiting in line or worrying why they took the last people in line. If one can not get help just call the store from inside to get a direct answer. I had to order online because they no longer stock an item and I received it the next day via fedex of which the actual delivery date was scheduled two days later. I just wish Saturday mornings that they opened earlier for prime members 10 am is not convenient when some people only have this day to get shopping done. Just saying. read more

Ordered item on 11/23 during black Friday sale. TV still hasn't been shipped and Sams Club is not offering any timetable on delivery. Looking online chat rooms they sold a Tv on veterans day and then sold the same tv for black Friday even though they still haven't shipped the orders from veterans day. Sounds very fishy. me and my wife droped of a matress that was wrapped up in plastic and we had somebody that works for sam club and we the came in and had a sticker on it and we where miss treated by customer service and made a seen in front of customers and then reported it to assistant manager and nothing happen and then we called customer care it was a wasted time so I know why sams club is closing there doors as a customer this is the worst place me and wife where miss treated will never going back me and my wife are sitting down with a lawyer to file a law suit against sams club. read more
