Assemble your own croissants and chicken salad from Sam's Club to make an affordable platter for events!
Chrissy F.

Very pleased with my recent interaction at this Sam's Club. My sister ordered a cake for her baby shower and the pickup was set to be ready around 10-11. I arrived around 9:30 AM in hopes it would be ready due to having an early start to setup the venue for the event. Debbie at the Bakery was cheerful and ready for me! The cake was a hit and delicious with the whipped frosting. Very grateful for the bakery's customer service and readiness.

I normally visit Sam's for gas and a pizza combo. This is first Sam's that DOES not include Icee's as an option in the pizza combo. 30 oz. fountain drinks and the 20 oz. Ice is the same price: $89. AND, it took the cashier asking several others for guidance. Why is this Sam's the only one? This is not customer/member friendly, especially since the cafe makes no money and is nothing more than an incentive for members to enter the store. Not happy at all with this location. :(

You always need superglue.

At the moment, Sams Club is offering a $45 refund on the $45 membership AND my roommate gave her 2nd card to me for free! Now that's a deal. Plus I saved $10 on kitty litter and they sell art supplies. My roomie uses her membership for gas. It was 11 cents cheaper per gallon. One warning though: prepare to stand in line. And of course the checkout area is surrounded by impulse buy sugary snacks. Before you know it, you'll have $50 in cookies and chocolate covered pretzels in your cart.

Sushibox Samurai Sushi Party Platter plus Tuna Nigiri was enough for two hungry men!

I decided to try some of their prepared sushi. It always looks good. I bought the Sushibox Samurai Sushi Party Platter (40 pieces) ($19.98) and their Tuna Nigiri (6 pieces) ($9.98). What a pleasant surprise! Their sushi was much more flavorful than the prepared sushi we had gotten at Publix. Also, it was much less expensive than Publix! I wouldn't recommend the tuna nigiri because the package we got was too tough...too much sinew. The sushi isn't as good as a typical restaurant sushi but it wasn't bad. I'm not at the point where I feel safe eating at sit-down restaurant, yet. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend their Sushibox Samurai Sushi Party Platter.

Great large and clean store. Very well organized and I love the wider isles. Great selection and the sample offers are back if you are into that.

This was my daughters 14th Birthday cake! (Minus the macaroons and birthday sign)

Sam's Club on the Gulf to Bay Blvd. in Clearwater FL has never failed me on the type of cake designed I've wanted and ordered! Both cakes have come out beautiful, their flavors have been very pleasant (Butter Cream) (Vanilla & Chocolate).

Found at Sam's Clearwater on 11/8/22. Same is keeping it refusing to file a police report

I get OTC items at the pharmacy so I can use my HSA/FSA card (HSA/FSA card only accepted at the pharmacy register for OTC items). I asked the lady behind the register to bag up my OTC items & she said no that I can just show my receipt at the door. I don't think she realizes I would have to bypass the main registers with my items before heading towards the door. It made me feel awkward walking pass the registers with all my OTC items lol. They prolly think I didn't pay lol. Usually, the person behind the pharmacy counter brown bags all items purchased from that register which that was done every time prior to this particular day. Next time, I will make sure they get in the brown bag so I'm don't have to hassle with the folks at the main registers. My brother is a pharmacist at a different Costco & when I told him about my OTC purchase not bagged... he told me that the pharmacy clerk should have brown bagged my OTC items purchased there. To next time make sure it's bagged. The tire center is spectacular!!! I've had all my vehicles serviced here & other Costcos with new tires. Very reliable tire center they know a lot about cars too. Saved close to $400 on new tires here instead of the car dealership.

Big store with tons of selections…read more I was nervous from pictures that this would be all comic books. I was a little relieved when we pulled up and there was a sign that included toys. We were here on a very specific mission, one son was looking for ghostbusters toys and the other was looking for pokemon cards. One of the employees told us that they get the most calls from people looking for pokemon cards. So I don't bury the lead, they don't have just packs of pokemon cards, but they do have a set that includes multiple packs for $60. We ended up getting that for my older son and I've been giving him a pack every couple of days. I was little nervous about our mission to find ghostbuster stuff. There were tons of star wars stuff and a lot of funko figurines. We did find ghostbuster funko figures, but that wasn't really what we were looking for. Eventually after walking around a bit, we did find three small ghostbuster items. I think they're meant to be kept on a desk, but my son has been playing with them like they're toys. I haven't seen ghostbusters so I'm not going to describe this well, but they are items to track and then trap ghosts. He was ecstatic that we found them, so mission accomplished. If you're looking for comic books then this is heaven. If you're looking for specific toys, it may be hit or miss, but for us it was a hit. This is definitely a place worth checking out.

There's covered parking for about 60 vehicles right outside the door, and maybe that much more uncovered. They have large flatbed carts that you can roll to your vehicle. Restaurant Depot is not some colorful touristy market, it's a working wholesale-only supplier, not retail. (By the way, it's a division of Jetro Cash & Carry's company, in case you see that name.) You have to be a registered member in food-service to shop here. There are aisles and aisles of food by-the-case and food-service-size containers of name-brands and less-known brands. Pretty much every food you can imagine, including some you could call ethnic, such as tortillas, empanadas, ramen, etc. They even have beer, wine, and spirits. We cheered for the cases of poppyseed hot dog rolls and Vienna-brand hot dogs, so, yes, local places really Can make authentic Chicago dogs if they want to! They also had cookware, utensils, and food-service supplies. Our favorite part of the warehouse-size store was the cold-curtained refrigerated room, a store-sized area itself. You have to borrow an insulated jacket hanging near the entryway to stay warm in there! The room is full of frozen meats and poultry and dairy, and a great selection of fresh seafood on ice, a two-aisle-wide section that includes whole fish and huge shrimp and scallops. For us curious foodies, Restaurant Depot is something to see at least once, even if we had to help carry a Lot more for our friend than we buy for ourselves at those big box grocery stores :-) And our friend is working to create a Chilean Seabass and scallops Rockefeller recipe, which i hope we get invited to help taste!

I tried to pay her extra and she would not take the money. Shout out to the real heroes... A whole bird ran $4.99, which means they are shooting a direct head up with Costco. How could you not respect that? My Head of Production and I got the bird, and drove to Woodgate park to film this episode of chicken wars. I found a perfect spot on the playground to rip into this tissi with my mule skinners. First off, this thing was a TANK. Especially for $4.99, this may be the price per pound champion. Overall, a solid bird. I can't complain, but if I could I would say it was a little dry, and on the first bite of the leg I got a mouthful of sodium. A lot of salt on these birds. It ended up ranking at a 7.75/10, which puts it #13 out of 26 grocery store chickens I have currently ranked. My ranking is purely based on taste though. Throughout the store there are seldom employees to provide assistance so if you're a newcomer be prepared to spend some time navigating by yourself. The app shows coupons you can clip, and are applied to your membership card at checkout however that is false. There was also an issue with the scanners at self check out and only one person to go through nearly 10 self checkout stations, while only one assisted checkout is open. Dumb. There is one customer service agent who is extremely professional, however very clearly is needing an additional person at the customer service area as the line is long and we waited patiently with about 6 others who were also waiting for assistance. The bathrooms? Literally disgusting like so gross. Filthy. Full of dirt and bacteria, so gross I will never again use their bathroom. The gas station is a mess, always has been. This location has gone downhill quite a bit since it first having opened and sad to say but the only reason we got a membership was the T-Mobile savings. And I see why they're offering discounts on memberships if this is how they handle their company. Sad that they are letting their employees fend for themselves to save some money probably but the building is seriously suffering. Let's get some jobs opened up, not let the current employees fend for their lives and over work them, and get this place running efficiently again.

This is a popup store for the holidays, as one can see in my photos. We went in and bought a few small items for hors d'oeuvres. The selection is somewhat smaller than what one would find at a regular HF store or online. However one actually gets to handle and see the stuff rather than picking something at random on their website. The two salespeople in there were helpful and friendly. They let us know that their sausages and cheeses have small discounts (save a buck here, two there) for purchasing two of the same category. One can mix and match among sausages or among cheese types for the little discounts too. That said, it still ain't cheap by any means. After all, it's still Hickory Farms. If you're looking to hit the mother lode of snack gift boxes here, you'll come up kinda dry. However for a few small charcuterie items, basic HF snacks and SMALL assortments of their stuff, well here U go! It can help get the mind thinking of what Christmas gifts to send Grandma or Uncle Pismo back in Iowa, Indiana or wherever. As they were dealing with phone traffic (they do have a phone, BTW), they offered friendly advice to folks also. This store does not ship, BTW: so if you wanna ship that box of summer sausage or assorted pretzel snacks back home, go online instead. You'll STILL get an idea of what to send if you stop in and try a few of their items for yourself.

Ruined a Christmas Gift & No Resolution Weeks Later…read more I ordered an Xbox with a disc drive from GameStop for my son's Christmas gift. What arrived was an all-digital Xbox, in very banged-up condition, despite being listed as "very good." On Christmas morning, my son couldn't play the disc games Santa brought him. It was heartbreaking and completely avoidable. I contacted GameStop on 12/26 and was told I must ship the Xbox back before they would send the correct one, and that I could not exchange it in a physical store because online and retail are "not connected." Weeks later, I still have not received the return label they said was required to send it back. I had no choice but to purchase the correct console elsewhere so my child could actually use his gifts. This was a major failure in quality control, customer service, and basic accountability. I will never order from GameStop again and strongly recommend supporting a local, independently owned game store instead.
