The lady that worked there was helpful, but ended up entering the wrong machines, so I had to move all my laundry. Plus, the fact that you can't pay exact change unless it's with the app was a rip off. It was a clean space, none of the machines were broken, the dryer dried everything in one round. So that made it a worthy trip. But seriously, Queen is going to lose clients just like me by over complicating things.

Honestly, that's why I continue to come, I have money on my card. The bonus is if you load $20, they give you $1 and I believe you can turn your card in for $1 (don't quote me). Also, they dryers are hit and miss. Some work, some don't. Most are 10min. but then there are a few that are 20min, 30min and 60min. They are randomly located-fyi. The internet it slow so don't plan to watch Netflix. I won't give it 2 stars because I have yet to find a cleaner place to wash in Dallas/Lancaster...

Single loads are $3.00 & & 3.25 if you want the extra special cold load. Don't ask me what it entails because I have no idea. I just plopped another quarter & made it $3.25 because...just because. Today I used what I guessed to be a medium washer that cost me $3.25 because I went for the extra special cold...thing. Anyway, the dryers are large and the first 10 minutes is free. Load your clothes & push start and the first 10 minutes is on the house. If you decide to add a quarter after starting your load each quarter extends the time by ten minutes. You know, I imagine you could just open/close the dryer door & start the drying cycle all over again each time your ten minutes is up but I'd rather just plop a few quarters in and have a seat watching any one of the many big screen television screens they have up, I truly like this place. The bathrooms are clean & there's an area for families with small ones to sit. There's even a few games for the kids to play with including a coin operated horse that you once found in front supermarkets back in the day. One word of caution: When I put $10.00 in the change machine I got back quarters and $1.00 goldish coins. As God is my witness I've never seen these before. However they can be used both in the laundry and vending machines. Huh. Will wonders never cease? So there you have it. Highly recommended and absolutely worth your time. One last thing: There are PLENTY of clothes baskets/carts to go around. Enjoy! I'm going to go outside now & touch some grass. But seriously, very nice place.

Viking Cleaners completed the work, it was well done, on time, and I happily paid premium for the service. However, the cleaners simply stacked all three pairs of shorts under plastic, over a cardboard tube hanger. The shorts were not secured in any way. I trusted Viking Cleaners to correctly pack my shorts. By the time I walked across a couple of parking lots and made it to my destination, one pair of shorts was missing. My wife explained that my shorts were not packed to industry standard. Especially for as much as I paid, Viking Cleaners should have insured each pair of shorts were safety pinned to its own wire hanger. I immediately retraced my steps, and not finding the missing pair of shorts, returned to Viking Cleaners and explained what happened. Viking Cleaners just confirmed that I left their store with the three pairs of shorts and said they were very sorry for my loss. I have been a loyal customer of Viking Cleaners for over six years.
