Since my engagement, he has helped with my engagement photoshoot dress and wedding dress. The engagement photo shoot dress was pleated and had so much material. He shortened both the hem and the straps on my dress, and it's now a perfect fit. I brought in my used wedding dress last weekend and he was able to help figure out where the previous bride bustled her dress. I asked him to help me create a bustle that doesn't look like a tail. He spent quite a bit of time pinning the five layers of the dress to shape a bustle I was satisfied with. He found some minor tears at the ends of the dress and will be removing the areas. He also suggested reinforcing the zipper so the buttons line up better. I feel so comfortable visiting Will and encourage all to support his business!

Ive been reflecting a lot on this past year and have felt so much love through the ups and downs. About a week before my dress appointment my grandmother passed away. They were kind enough to gift me a vase, card, and flowers. I was truly touched and am so grateful to have been surrounded by supportive women that day. Not only did my stylist accommodate the large number of guests, but my stylist was SO kind and knowledgeable. Such a sweet gesture that I will remember forever! Our girl, I believe her name was Sierra, did an excellent job helping us! She was very attentive, and helped us to 2 1/2 hour appointment with Grace. Our bride tried on 15 to 20 dresses out of the hundred plus they had on the racks. Everything was large enough to easily try, but small enough to clip and tighten so that you could see what it would look like after alterations. The variety was excellent, and our girl did a great job, pointing us in the direction of dresses that matched the brides taste. What seems to set this place apart is the large private room for the bride to get dressed with the attendant, which is incredibly helpful! This made it so quick to transition between dresses. Then the bride comes out onto a platform for her viewing party to see each gown, while there is a very large mirror, she can also look at. The attendant was incredibly helpful in moving the dress as the bride moved front to back for us. This viewing experience was perfect, and it helped that the store was not busy so there was no one using the platform with us (typically there is one platform for two rides, and wedding parties can sit on either side of the platform, so the brides take turns). This place also has a small selection of men's suits, and bridesmaids dresses. It is very all inclusive! The space is just perfect, plenty of room for a whole bridal party to walk around the store with the bride, select dresses, put them on a moving rack that goes into the room, and , hang out for several hours during the try on process. They have cups of water and restroom, which was also much appreciated. Overall, this experience was amazing, it is definitely pricier, there addresses range from 1800 to 2300 typically. But you get what you pay for! The experience in itself was so great to start off the wedding planning process. I highly recommend this dress in Omaha!

I truly appreciated the friendly easy going nature of the lady helping us and how she managed to pull dresses to fit both the taste of my mother in law as well as my own. There were actually a couple of dresses that I loved, and while I didn't end up making my purchase here I think it had much more to do with timing than anything else. Their shop is lovely with a beautiful pedestal and mirrors for getting a view of the full look, their dress selection was excellent, and as mentioned they have fantastic sales associates. I came on impulse by myself as I didn't have any family in the Omaha area and was ready to start getting an idea of what the theme of the wedding was going to be. The woman that met and assisted me trying on gowns was so incredibly nice. She helped me in and out of the gowns, took numerous pictures and videos so I could share them with my family and friends and ensured I had everything I needed. I tried on several gowns that I really liked and they were all reasonably priced. I still didn't know what style I was even looking for. It wasn't until I moved and we settled into our new home in a different state and began putting the wedding details together, that I was able to decide on what type of gown I wanted. She also showed us how to properly lace up the corset for my dress. Linda made me a fingertip veil to match my dress and suggested a few minor alterations when she saw I was uncomfortable with a few areas of my dress. Those alterations definitely made the difference in me really liking my dress and absolutely loving my dress. Linda also did major alterations for my niece and my stepdaughter. Both had to order sizes that were too big and she made the dresses look like they were made custom to their size. I don't have pictures back at but I'll post them when I do!

I was told that I have 30 days from receiving it to return it and that there would be a restocking fee of $250. That was fine with me. What they failed to tell me, BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY, was that a dress over $1,499 is not eligible for refunds, only exchanges. This is deception. This should have been stated upfront when I asked and if not, then the cashier should have told me.

David's bridal was a perfect spot for this. They are very low maintenance compared to other places, and it is a much smaller ordeal than with other shops. I was able to pick out some dresses, try them on, and ask for assistance as needed. The assistant was pretty hands off, which I appreciated. They answered my questions, and we're not any more pushy than expected. I do wish that there was a wider range of size is carried in store -- the closest to my size was four sizes too big, so it was very difficult to picture what each dress would look like on me. I understand it most stores carry just the standard sizes, but I wish there would've been one size 0 that I could try on, to understand how David's bridal sizing fits my body. This was not an option. Other than that, this was a good experience. I got to see what different neck, lines and sleeves look like on me, and this helped me reinforce my initial idea that I would need to purchase something online. I do have a friend who recently bought a dress here, and loved it! I think David's bridal is a perfect place for lower maintenance brides, who are looking for a budget option. Especially brides who fit the standard sizing. I also think it is more comfortable environment if someone is not looking to make a big show and have a large audience watch them try things on.
