The gals who work there are very sweet and do their best to accommodate brides with the dresses they do have in stock. I would not recommend coming here if you have a very specific dress in mind as they usually only have 1-2 that match a specific want.

Ive been reflecting a lot on this past year and have felt so much love through the ups and downs. About a week before my dress appointment my grandmother passed away. They were kind enough to gift me a vase, card, and flowers. I was truly touched and am so grateful to have been surrounded by supportive women that day. Have purchased two prom dresses in the last two years at BTWS. We have had one good experience with this shop, and we have had one that was far less than perfect. The dress we purchased this spring was damaged when we received it. My daughter wasn't allowed to try the dress on and we weren't given time to inspect on the day we picked it up...it is busy during prom season and the sales girls didn't want to waste time on someone who'd already purchased a dress. It was clear we weren't a priority since the sale had been made. When I contacted BTWS about my concerns over the many missing and loose beads and rhinestones on the dress we purchased, they immediately responded to my concerns and sent me a UPS label so that I could send the dress to them for repair or replacement. It was a relief to know they were able to fix this "wrong" and in a timeframe that worked for me. As upset as I was about the damaged dress (they are supposed to be brand new, after all, and specially ordered just for your daughter), I was grateful the store made things right for us. I just wish it had never happened in the first place. Thankfully, though, the store stood by their reputation and fixed what was wrong. HOWEVER: when we picked the dress up last week, it still needed repair. Whoever repaired the dress was not thorough, and I immediately noticed some loose rhinestones. After all of this trouble, you would have thought some attention to detail had been taken. This time I inspected the dress carefully and WAITED in the shop for the repairs to be made. I find this completely unacceptable. Overall, I suggest you go to BTWS on a weekday if you plan to shop for prom dresses. Expect to deal with young sales staff that don't know the product lines crammed onto the racks. Expect to wait 1-3 weeks for your dress to come in. Expect nothing over a size 6 in most dresses. Make sure you thoroughly inspect any alterations done. Thoroughly inspect all beadwork before you take the dress home. And ALWAYS be sure you leave the store satisfied...otherwise, leave the dress on the rack and go somewhere else!

The woman that met and assisted me trying on gowns was so incredibly nice. She helped me in and out of the gowns, took numerous pictures and videos so I could share them with my family and friends and ensured I had everything I needed. I tried on several gowns that I really liked and they were all reasonably priced. I still didn't know what style I was even looking for. Our girl, I believe her name was Sierra, did an excellent job helping us! She was very attentive, and helped us to 2 1/2 hour appointment with Grace. Our bride tried on 15 to 20 dresses out of the hundred plus they had on the racks. Everything was large enough to easily try, but small enough to clip and tighten so that you could see what it would look like after alterations. The variety was excellent, and our girl did a great job, pointing us in the direction of dresses that matched the brides taste. What seems to set this place apart is the large private room for the bride to get dressed with the attendant, which is incredibly helpful! This made it so quick to transition between dresses. Then the bride comes out onto a platform for her viewing party to see each gown, while there is a very large mirror, she can also look at. The attendant was incredibly helpful in moving the dress as the bride moved front to back for us. This viewing experience was perfect, and it helped that the store was not busy so there was no one using the platform with us (typically there is one platform for two rides, and wedding parties can sit on either side of the platform, so the brides take turns). This place also has a small selection of men's suits, and bridesmaids dresses. It is very all inclusive! The space is just perfect, plenty of room for a whole bridal party to walk around the store with the bride, select dresses, put them on a moving rack that goes into the room, and , hang out for several hours during the try on process. They have cups of water and restroom, which was also much appreciated. Overall, this experience was amazing, it is definitely pricier, there addresses range from 1800 to 2300 typically. But you get what you pay for! The experience in itself was so great to start off the wedding planning process. I highly recommend this dress in Omaha!

I truly appreciated the friendly easy going nature of the lady helping us and how she managed to pull dresses to fit both the taste of my mother in law as well as my own. There were actually a couple of dresses that I loved, and while I didn't end up making my purchase here I think it had much more to do with timing than anything else. Jerry Ryan had each guy stop in for a fitting for each item, and they all raved about the service they received there! As fortunes would have it, my brother passed and I really wanted to show the proper respect to my brother. I requested a "rush" on the final cut of the suit. "No problem we will make it happen, sorry for your loss." Got my new suit with over a day to spare. Fit is perfect. If I am ever in need of formal wear, this is the ONLY place I will shop. Customer service was way beyond what I expected.
