This year I decided to have another look, and Bruno's popped onto the radar with a search. They had the moon bounce I wanted, despite me booking with about two weeks notice, at a great price and without some ridiculous mark up for delivery on top of the rental fee. They were quick to respond, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The drop-off happened several hours earlier than we had requested, which gave my son a couple of hours of fun before his party, and pick-up was prompt. The guys setting it up were fast and courteous. I booked online and appreciated the update emails as the date approached to confirm they still had the correct details and when they would auto-deduct the remaining costs after making an initial deposit at time of booking. They crew arrived before the designated start time, and set everything up in less than 10 minutes. I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!
