My design was fairly simple and i understood that now she was on a time crunch due to her having another client at 12 but was postponed since the client was also getting her hair done.. the only design i wanted was a silver cross on both of my ring fingers and i thought we were able to do both. She ended up asking me if i wanted to do the design on both ring fingers and i said yes but if you dont have time its fine since at that point i knew she ran out of time.. Im an understanding person and wasnt expecting much compensation but I felt disappointed at the service and my time not being valued. waited almost an hour for not even a complete design on both of my hands and paying the full price...

I've been to a few nail salons before, but my nail artist, Jo, really stood out. She took her time shaping my nails and paid close attention to detail. I requested gel extensions with multiple designs, and the total came out to $118. Considering the level of detail and the time she spent, almost 2.5 hours, I definitely think it was worth it. The process was a bit long (my back was definitely feeling it by the end), but I'm so happy with how my nails turned out, perfect for graduation! The salon itself has a really nice ambiance, and you can tell the artists here are skilled, especially when it comes to intricate nail designs. Thank you again for accommodating me last minute. I'd love to come back and book with Jo again!

The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was because my overall salon experience was lacking the "treat yourself" vibe. I didn't get much in way of massages and my gel polish application was slightly uneven as in excess gel in some areas and less in others. In addition to that, I felt like the price was a bit steep for what you are getting. I got a cat eye gel manicure and regular pedicure. My total came out to $100, no designs. I do have naturally very short nails. the entire time my nails were being filed felt like flames to my finger tips because she kept the nail filer on my skin and the constant rubbing did heat up quite a bit. Had I written a review right away, I think I would've rated them lower for the overall experience. But given that both polish on my fingers and toes are still fully in tack, I can at least say they now how to properly prep the nails. I just removed the polish and I'm really glad the nail tech used gel builder on my nails prior to the polish. My nails were so thin and tiny. I don't see any ring of fire so YAY! would I go back? Probably, if I needed a last min job, I would definitely come back for the convenience.

Unfortunately, my manicure was the complete opposite. I had already cut my nails short beforehand and purposely didn't file them because I expected the manicurist to shape them nicely and evenly. Since I wasn't getting color, I expected her to at least pay attention to the shape of my nails, but I felt there was very little attention to detail. I politely asked twice if she could shape them more evenly, and both times she responded with noticeable attitude. By the second time, she seemed visibly annoyed, so I decided to let it go rather than make the interaction more uncomfortable. I left unhappy with my manicure. She also left my hands oily from the cuticle product, which made the service feel unfinished. The pedicure technician was lovely, but the manicurist's attitude and behavior made the experience uncomfortable enough that I won't be returning.

If you're looking at Yelp about this place, go elsewhere. They tend to double book to make more money. We only come here because our usual go to salon (miracle nails) is closed on Monday which is super attentive and friendly to everyone. I've never been to a nail salon where not only they did a lousy fast job assuming you may not come back anyway, and also just left you there with tissues on your toes and never came back to you to check and just moved on. The owner is also super loud and wouldn't stop talking and laughing to her friend on the phone which can be annoying. All other nail salons I have been to would check on you even if they are busy. My review is consistent with the other reviews that they overbook and don't care about the service to any new customers.

Grateful they were available on a Sunday (mind you I'm traveling and decided to wait till this trip for these fine services...my self-care for a rough last few months helpinghomeless youth and young adults.) 3. My manicure was a portable footsoaker and I only soaked in between taking my feet out for service. I had to use a small stool to place my feet upon. (I was too embarrassed to take a photo!) I had to ask for a second pillow because it was hard on my, just massaged back from Alibaba Foot Spa &Massage. One young lady was "doing" my feet while thr second one worked on my nails.(‍ use your mind to visualize how awkward that was and how I was sitting. 4. The young lady that was working on my feet did a great job, I must say as far as cleaning up my toes with filing and cutting, etc. 5. The young lady that was working on my fingers, I'm not sure what and how the communication went wrong. We struggled with understanding gel polish for my nails and regular polish for my toes. It also didn't help that she could not understand English very well. I wasn't bothered until she lost all communication about my nails. I was waiting for her to pull out nails, as I asked when called. However when I ask where were the nails to apply with the gel polish, I was told that they would cost $75 contrary to the $50 charge originally given. I told her nevermind and that I would go elsewhere for my nails; and will only finish up my feet. We're not counting the time wasted for no nails at this at this point. 6. At the checkout, I pull out my credit card to pay for the "limited services" and was told the charge was $50 ($30 for feet and $20 for cleaning my nail cuticles. But no gel or nails! 7. Lastly, a third young lady informed that they only take cash, Zelle, or Venmo! Mind you when I called and arrived, it was never told to me the form of payments. Probably because when I arrived, the young ladies seemed a bit discombobulated and I pray it wasn't because of my skin!! The service received was NOT close to being fair! And to think that I used Google to find them and they had a 4.6 review and was 3 minutes from my wonderful Massage...remember I was in need of Self-care! I missed one review from Layla 3 years ago, "If you aren't of Asian descent don't come here!" This is troubling if you are in the nail industry and can only do "one" race. Let that be known on the front end and not after unspeakable service and charges!

My mom's pedicure was done by a older man, she said hers went well and that it didn't hurt.
