Which was due to the coins being full to capacity. During entering my quarters it stopped because it would take any more coins. The service guy fixed the issue and proceeded to add the rest of my coins until it was ready to start. I had one more to start with proceeded fine. After the first machine was finished the service guy immediately put an out of order signed up and covered the coin slot with tape. After the second washer was finished. I still had one more large load to finish, so instead of me being able to use the first washer I had to wait until the second washer stopped to load my last load. Immediately afterwards, a out of service sign, and a piece of tape over the coin slot was put up. After finishing my last wash all four of the largest machines were out of service. Something as simple as dumping coins held me up an extra hour or so. Left the laundromat at 9:36pm An improvement would be having a coin collection mid day to avoid this from happening ir earlier in the evening.

I dread going to the laundromat because of my experiences that I have had in the past. I have to say that this spot gets a 10/10. They are constantly sweeping or mopping the floor as needed, the floors are super clean! They have plenty of vending machines with snacks and drinks. Plenty of folding stations for you that they constantly wipe down and they have a lot of washers and dryers so something is always available even when it's busy in there! I loved this laundromat and I'd come back if I need to because it was really nice and they have complimentary coffee and tea as well. This was the nicest laundromat I've been to in a long time.

I was in a serious debacle trying to wash clothes in my own building that I had to google this…read moreplace because I wanted to try it specifically. From the outside it appears to be clean, inviting, and never busy. Once I arrived, it was very clean, smelled good, organized, excellent service from the staff, and it was very spacious. Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.
