What separates good private gyms/studios from your Planet Fitness/popular overpopulated gyms?…read morePersonal connection, good customer service, reachable owners, good selection of classes. This place has none of the above. They terminated one of their more popular instructors, didn't tell anyone, and ended up cancelling her classes. They continuously change out their instructors without any communication to their customers. They don't resolve equipment and building issues for months at a time. They make changes to pricing and class format without any prior communication: a 55 minute class became a 50 minute class. They conduct poor business practices. There is no way to see an itemized set of passes you purchased and they have the ability to remove passes without you knowing. Avoid at all costs.

I can actually get on a machine without waiting. If someone is using the one I want, I adjust and hop on something else. That's probably bc they're approx. $20 more per month than other local box gyms. However, personally, I'll pay the extra 20 for some space and not have to deal with the crowds. I also really like how the gym is broken up into large sections but it doesn't have that big open box space feel where you feel like you're on display. I hate that feeling. Parking and getting in and out of the lot is a breeze. Have been a member for a while now and not going anywhere! Love Ovox!
