This review is long overdue.... Yesterday I had the pleasure of having any concerns regarding my smile answered by the amazing DR. Seini .. and let me just say I did my research, I've had the worst experiences in the past with previous dentists that never listen or care to hear on the smile I was trying to achieve. So when I say I did my research I really did so I decided to give her a try I scheduled a deep cleaning and her front office Lady was welcoming and scheduled me right in. Such a smooth visit and no long waits here overall her whole team is great.. including the gentleman that took my X-rays I left with no pain even after a deep cleaning and all my questioned answered with also a plan and coat of my treatment ! I visited Dr. Seini while my regular dentist was out of town after chipping a tooth. The dentist I saw insisted I needed a crown, despite my own dentist calling recommending a filling. To make matters worse, she spoke with my dentist on the phone in a manner that was unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially since I was present. It seemed her focus was more on making money than providing honest care. As I was walking out of her office, she agreed to do a filling, which was even more bizarre. I left feeling disappointed and distrustful. I went to my regular dentist this morning and he put in the filling and I was out in 45 minutes at a fraction of the cost quoted by Dr. Seini. Patients beware she is recommending treatment that is not necessary. read more

I saw Dr Seini about 3-4 years ago and i should have left a review then as i had my initial visit that she performed root canal on #3 and #29 teeth and both had crowns. Well then i went back as i had problems with the crown and gums not feeling comfortable. She replaced #3 crown and said that the pain in my gums would subsided the root was just fine. Well as a patient that believed in her experience and good reviews and certificates on the office walls showing all her awards i have to disagree. I will explain...fast forward to now i had my routine dentist keep telling me over my past visits for cleaning and x-rays that tooth#3 needs re-treatment root canal as it was done poorly and is showing infection in the root canal witch explains why i had gum problems on tooth#3. I saw the x-rays and clearly see how bad the treatment & procedure i received from Dr. Seini her self and now to cost me again to be re-done as i sucked up the pain and bad work preformed as i had no dental benefits to fix the issue back then. The quality in the material of the crown i received for tooth #3 and # 29 are so bad that one fractured on its own and the other never fit right after a second attempt by the DR. staff that attempted to make adjustments and surprise now i have to replace both crowns. I am very frustrated that i paid cash for this service at a time that i trusted Dr.Seini to give me good results for my treatment needed then. Well just like you took my hard earned money then and i did not get a good result Dr, I give you this bad review. I have had other teeth done with root canal and crowns that have lasted my close to 20 years from a Endodontic Dr that has retired and i recall how when it was completed i felt the total opposite that i felt that day when i left Dr Seini office. Now as of today i have been refered a new Endodontics that not only agreed that this very poor work (2nd opinion) and pointed out in x-rays as well. They took good care of me and provided me with the best service like i recall i had with the endodontic Dr that retired. I spent over a thousand dollars for the service at Dr.Seini office then and i am so upset that i wasted my hard earned money to later have to pay to correct this problem OMG /SMH!!!! And Dr. Please except this negative review and learn from it. And please save the "your not my patient as there is no record of you and this a fake review" NO! not this one! I went to your office and you preformed #3 & #29 root canal in your high heels. I came in many times after the original date of service and hoped to get what you said would be good results and be in good hands... i did not return as i was tired of going back so you can just look at my crowns briefly and choose crafty words with sarcasim to make me go away then... I would not recommend anyone i know to see you at all... I am entitled to leave a honest review of my terrible experience and this is what happened and your work is zero stars! I would say to any one go else where if you need a root canal or crown! You may want to consider taking continued education classes to improve on your approach on treating root canals and crowns. Also i will respond if you have comment on this review. You need to except this bad review as it did happen. If you or your office attempted to contact me it will not be pleasant. Dr. Samira was quick to help me with an emergency with my tooth. My temporary filling fell out and was causing me pain. Dr. Samira was quick to get me in and take care of the problem and identify new potential problems. I can tell she cares about her patients more than anything and everyone at her office has been nothing but nice and supportive. I was never asking for a hand out. I just wanted them to finish the job they started under the terms we agreed to. This dentist is absolutely insane and I mean that in the most literal sense. I had a great experience at Dr SEINI office. She was referred to me from a co worker. I needed a lot of work. When I first arrived I was apprehensive because I was new to the office. I saw the front desk first very sweet lady named Chan was very kind and helped me through the whole process of a paperwork. The assistant was a lovely woman so knowledgeable and caring . We took X-rays on me and photos. She was incredible at X-rays and photos .They had a large big screen TV I could see everything that was going on. They explained to me all my conditions and I was very happy I understood the doctor as the diagnosis.I had an amazing cleaning !!!! Dr SEINI went to UCSF they must have done a god job teaching her to be gentle . She then helped me with implants, fillings and crowns. ALL PAINLESS and great prices and payment options. On a Sunday, I was in major pain because of major infection and needed a root canal. I found Dr. Seini on Yelp so I went for help. Dr. Seini was very empathetic and provide care above and beyond to bring me back to life. She performed my root canal, got rid of the big infection and gave me a cleaning. They cannot match the color of the existing teeth. I would not recommend for crowns or bridges in the front, it will be visible. Now I am stuck with a loan to pay for poor quality bridge and was advised it is my fault for not going to a dentist who made the other crowns she was trying to match the colors with. I have signed the paper for them as requested since they want to protect themselves from being sued. I was advised it is impossible to match the color, what a bs. I regret using their service. They use a very bad/cheap lab which shouldn't be in the service to begin with. read more

Dentist was hacking, coughing and looked like a walking zombie, the technician who started x-rays dropped the clamp he was using to do my xrays on the floor and immediately proceeded to pick it up and try to put it back in my mouth!
