I've been training with Sam for almost 12 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. When I first found a PT, it was with someone else and I had been with them for over a year, and didn't see improvement. Within 3 months of working with Sam, I saw a difference! I met Sam when she was assigned as my personal trainer at a downtown Tampa Gym. Within a few weeks of joining the gym, the franchise moved locations and lost a lot of their personnel in the transition. Although I live in South Tampa, it was definitely worth the drive for me to follow Sam to her location at Blast Fitness (near Westchase). Sam has helped me transform my figure into the shape I wanted. Her workouts are well planned and executed and she is an amazing motivator. I first reached out to Sam because I was making terrible choices with food/nutrition/supplements, my squat form was so bad that it was beginning to cause discomfort in my knees and back, and I simply could not motivate/push myself enough to get a real good cardio/circuit style workout. I've never been a huge fan working out in the gym facilities in between those heavy workout machines. I've worked out with many trainers in the past and I always felt that none of them had a right solution for me to keep moving forward for the best results.
