I reached out to Centeal Security and Armando walked me through steps to disarm it over the phone. After assisting me with successfully disarming the alarm, he provided me with some very useful advice on how to resolve this issue should it happen again. So greatful for his assistance as my family and I weren't sure how to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this company!

When my husband and I bought our first home we knew we wanted home security asap. We researched all…read morethe top companies and couldn't find anything we liked. There was never one company that stood out from the rest. There were either very high installation fees or DYI installation with cheap products and always very mixed reviews. I was starting to get pretty desperate but luckily stumbled across Home Star Protection on yelp. I never thought I would rave about an alarm system but can't stop telling everyone we know how great Home Star Protection is. Tim was great at explaining everything and only sold us what we absolutely needed. Having that initial consultation really sold us on the company. Jes was very professional throughout the installation process and took his time reviewing the entire system to us. I love that they use the current system your house already has and just upgrade it as needed. I feel so secure having this system. The alarm.com app and mymoni.com are very easy to use and offer a lot of great options. It's nice to know there are still good companies out there that won't try to take advantage of their customers. You will not regret choosing this company. Thank you so much Home Star!!

Alonse G installed my alarm system and I was really pleased.  He is indeed a professional subject matter expert.  Ask for him. I will add that the entire experience was rough on the sales side and the customer service side but, I am happy with the the end result.  On customer service I hope that Chris mailed the signs--I'm still waiting--it's been 10 days. Four stars for alarm system and installer!

We highly recommend him!

The guys who come to install are friendly and professional. We had a communication and understanding issue regarding the pricing structure of the video doorbell service, and I don't believe it was due to bad intent. Just better communication was needed, which I have discussed with Omar. To his credit, Omar has made it right, which indicates to me he is a business owner who values his strong reputation. Mistakes happen, but the most important measure is how they are handled, and Omar handled his side well.

And MaxTech *did* deliver, on the day they promised, and for the price quoted: four cameras, running Cat-5e in place of previous powered coax, integrated into our new Vivint-based system.
