They're also A+ rated by the BBB and for good reasons...professionalism, quality, and reasonable pricing. SCL had to redo our outdoor lighting and bring it up to industry standards. Five months ago, a company installed our lighting system which began to fail within 30 days. Each time the owner would come out and do something to rectify the problem. Not until the circuit breaker began tripping and shutting off immediately, did we call an electrician. (The guy who did the initial install buried a household extension cord over 100 feet and left the receptacle end and plugs to the transformer and lights in the open and rain.) We're happy our house didn't burn down. I can't recommend SCL enough. We are very satisfied with the excellent workers who came out and the quality of their work as well as neatness of the job. Outstanding product and service!…read more We called Parco to install exterior lights in an otherwise dark and dreary entryway. Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. Aaron and Wayne were courteous and professional all day - I truly enjoyed them working in the house! We most certainly will have them back out! In fact, we've already booked them for another project! After looking at a lot of reviews of firms capable of completing the project it was clearly evident that Parco was the right selection. Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Unlike other providers, they are straightforward and do not offer a bunch of other unnecessary add ons. Their goal was to provide a quality and cost effective finished product. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs quality service for a generator or any electrical requirement.
